SUMMER 2025 - We are currently scraping, power washing, sanding the exterior of the house between guests in preparation for a new paint job. So, the house might be in various stages of painting. IF YOU HAVE MOBILITY ISSUES, THIS IS NOT THE HOUSE FOR YOU. This is a historic colonial house with tight steep stairs and some low doorways and ceilings. Both sets of steps have a corkscrew turn in them. Not recommended for toddlers/young children due to steep steps. Older children should be able to navigate the steps. We are located just outside the city limits but you would never know the city was right around the corner with the solitude of the house. Come sit on the porch and watch the birds and listen to the trickling of water. Sit in the spring room and relax and watch the water bubbling out of the ground. (closed in winter) NOT A PARTY HOUSE, OWNER IS ON SITE If the house is ready, you can check in at 3pm, please contact me if you wish to check in before 4pm.If you see blocked days at the beginning and end of a block, you can reach out to confirm if the house is available if you want one of those days.
