This is the worst Marriott I stayed so far. Telephone not working I have to go counter to collect the things needed. Counter Service only 1 person. Q for 30min to get my enqiry. Said city Tex is $14.90 must pay so I paid but I go to another hotel Hayatt place only pay for 4.90. What kind of service that asking guest to go down to counter every time without room service?
I’m so disappointed w my stayed at Hague.

Everything was great, good service, the room had everything you need. The executive lounge was a good place to stay and spend some time with drinks and food.

The hotel has convenient parking. The facilities are a bit old, but they are acceptable. The only thing I am not satisfied with is that there is no place to put things in the shower room, which is very inconvenient.

The room card is invalid every day, and you have to do it every day!!! The cleaner used the dirty sheets to clean the sink and then continued to clean the glass!!! The front desk collected the food for other guests, but told my waiter that the front desk could not collect food, forcing the waiter to throw the food into the trash can!!! Then the male manager at the front desk was very rude and mean! I have lived in hotels for so many years, and there is no worse hotel than this one!!! I will never come again!!!
