房間寬敞明亮乾淨衞生，不需要你用房卡取電也不需要給你兩張卡，取電的卡就插在上面無需費勁。如果你要跟朋友同事房間聊一下，瓜子開心果雪碧可樂都備好了，免費的。茶几上非常用心的手寫了問候卡，很温馨。前台服務態度超好，笑容可掬彬彬有禮。早餐種類多味道佳。

地理位置優越，設施新又有智能元素，歡迎大堂及空中大堂是特色，前台服務熱忱，房間乾淨，用品齊全，床品一流。早餐豐富，餐廳視野開闊。很好的一次體驗。離店時客人還有伴手禮，很用心。當然管理方面也嚴謹，回訪電話及時又温馨。給五星好評。建議中餐廳完善零點項目。讓入住客人真正吃上可口飯菜哈。還會再入住。

週末去南通，路過海安住宿。總體體驗較好，金陵飯店管理，品牌輸出成熟，軟件水平高於硬件。唯獨淋浴與洗漱用水拉低了總體分數，忽冷忽熱、忽大忽小，不知所以。退房時告知了前台，望改進。
