Atour Properties in Haikou

The room was very spacious, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Even though there was a sound of running water in our room at night (not sure why!), I still slept really well. I actually slept better here than at the Grand Hyatt Sanya where we stayed for the next two nights! When we checked out, the front desk lady even gave us some Atour merchandise and local specialties from Haikou, which I loved. Thank you! PS: The 'We Two Qingbuliang' (coconut dessert) nearby is super delicious, and the owner is really nice! (See pic 2) Also, the Wenchang chicken at Longquan Hotel right by the entrance is amazing! The decor is very tasteful, the place is easy to find, and parking is convenient. The transportation is also excellent. This positive feedback is definitely well-deserved; I'd highly recommend it to friends. The hotel's facilities are superb, and the staff are particularly professional – it was a very satisfying experience. The amenities are complete, making for a comfortable stay. The room size is just right, and the soundproofing is quite good. Late Night Congee: The staff proactively greet you, which is a very thoughtful touch. Excellent service!

The hotel is very clean. This is my second stay. The hotel has laundry service. It is the first choice for accommodation in Haikou. I will stay in this Atour Hotel next time. The service of the lady in the restaurant Qinqi is very good👍👍👍

It was my first time staying at Atour Hotel. The experience was excellent. First of all, I would like to praise the girls at the front desk. It was raining when I checked in. When I arrived at the hotel to check in, the girl handed me warm tea, which was very considerate. Secondly, the hotel's buffet breakfast was very rich, and the children loved it. The service attitude of the room staff was also very enthusiastic. Finally, when I checked out, the girls were also very considerate. They gave the children two souvenirs, and they were not stingy. I also want to thank the guy at the front desk. I thought my ring was lost in the hotel, so I called to help hand it over and find it. The guy was also happy to help find it. If the place of play had not changed, we would have wanted to extend our stay. The hotel environment and sanitation are very satisfactory, and the facilities and equipment are complete. The most worth mentioning is that I actually planted their hair dryer. I used it once, and Mama ordered one, which is very easy to use 😄 Next time I go to Haikou, I will continue to choose Atour, praise

This is the best value hotel I've ever stayed at!!! I traveled with friends during the National Day holiday, and unfortunately, we were caught in Typhoon Matmo. We stayed for two nights, and with the Hainan subsidy coupon, it was less than 150 yuan per night (hehe, I even got a great deal!). The hotel has a gym and laundry room, and the service was superb. They helped with washing and drying our clothes and even thoughtfully folded them and delivered them to our room door. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious! Because of the typhoon, they not only provided lunch but also dinner. The service was truly excellent, and I will definitely stay here again!

Good location, about 10 minutes walk from the duty-free city, about 10 minutes drive from the new harbor, the surrounding area is relatively empty and quiet, and there are plenty of parking spaces. The room was upgraded, and the duty-free discount coupons and coffee were given. The room size was OK, the bedding was comfortable, Xiaomiao and Zheng Qun had good service and patiently answered questions; when checking out, the other two ladies also provided water to drink on the road, which was more careful.

We are delighted with the hotel! Modern, clean, all the amenities, staff and service, at the highest level, did not want to leave! We would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back again! Thank you)
