Jishangge Hotel (Haikou High-speed Rail East Station Wuyue Plaza Branch)

Came here with my partner and booked this hotel through Ctrip, and it totally exceeded our expectations! The room was quite spacious, clean, and tidy, with excellent soundproofing. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. All the facilities felt quite new, and housekeeping cleaned daily. It's very conveniently located, close to Haikou East Station, making it easy to get to all the attractions.

The room was quite spacious, with one king-sized bed and one double bed, which is perfect for family trips. "Xiao Ting" gets five stars! The service was enthusiastic.

The room I was given faced north, and they only provided paper cups per person. The room was cold, damp, and the front desk staff had a terrible attitude.

Overall, pretty good. Thankfully, it wasn't too noisy around. It's pretty close to the East Station.

I arrived quite late for my business trip, initially just planning to make do for a night, but I was genuinely impressed! The hotel is super conveniently located, just a few minutes' walk from Haikou East Station, and I also noticed parking available right outside. Stepping into the lobby, I found it spacious and bright. During check-in, the service was incredibly warm and personable. Noticing my luggage, they kindly suggested I set it down and offered me a cup of tea. There were two staff members at the front desk; one, who I presumed was the owner or manager from her dress, even proactively came out to pour me tea. It really speaks volumes about the level of service when a leader goes out of their way like that. The room itself was even better than I'd anticipated – clean, neat, and surprisingly spacious. The bed, in particular, was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Oh, and the room featured smart home controls, which was super convenient. Honestly, their rooms are genuinely quite large. The next morning, when checking out, I noticed a variety of candies displayed at the front desk. I tried one, and it was absolutely delicious – exactly to my liking! I really wanted to ask the front desk staff where they sourced those candies, but I was too shy to speak up! If I'm ever in the area again, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to book this hotel! And next time, I'll definitely pluck up the courage to ask where to get those candies! I've never written such a detailed review before, but this experience truly warranted it. The exceptional experience simply inspired me to share my thoughts! I'll definitely be booking this hotel again for my next business trip! Highly recommended! 👍👍

The room was spotless, and so was the bathroom. The lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and offered excellent service. It was a very quiet and comfortable stay. I highly recommend it!
