Hampton by Hilton Haikou East Railway Station

Coming to Haikou for Chinese New Year, I opted for a branded hotel and it definitely lived up to expectations. The room was clean, and extra blankets and pillows were delivered very quickly upon request. The staff were all incredibly warm and attentive, always serving with a smile. They went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests during our stay. We stayed for two nights, and the breakfast was decent – it had all the usual offerings, and I especially enjoyed the various delicious mixed noodles.

The hotel is very close to Tianjie, and the front desk service was efficient. The room was quite comfortable, and getting around was a breeze. 5-star rating!

The room was tiny, the smallest Hilton I've ever stayed in. The front desk staff's service was just average, almost robotic, which wasn't a great experience and needs improvement. The cleanliness was acceptable, I guess. A specific note: this hotel doesn't offer late-night snacks, but then again, the price was quite cheap.

The staff were excellent, and the breakfast spread was fantastic! It's the consistent brand quality you'd expect, highly recommended, and offers great value for money. Definitely a top choice in the area.

First time in Haikou and chose this hotel. Everything was great. There's a pool downstairs from the room, the environment is lovely, and the service was excellent. Breakfast had a good variety too. Highly recommend!
