I preferred the non-smoking room but there is still some smoking smell in my room. (To be fair it is smoking permitted hotel so couldn't complain so much) The room is pretty much standard and clean. Good price with drop off service to the airport. I didn't use pick up service because I couldn't not find the pick up spot. Good stay. Recommended👍

The service was excellent, with complimentary airport shuttle service. The front desk even called to remind me about my flight so I wouldn't miss it. The room was clean and tidy, and all the disposable amenities were provided. I'm very satisfied!

24-hour free shuttle service to/from Haikou Meilan International Airport and Meilan Station twice: Arrived in the early morning, and the pick-up service was incredibly convenient. Truly excellent service. The hotel is also very comfortable, and it offers great value for money near the airport. Even the standard room beds are large, which is a definite plus.

Have a wonderful stay here. The room is good and the staff is very helpful. Xiao Chen's service is excellent. She offers the free airport drop off when we check in, and when my powerbank is left at the room, she helps arrange to deliver it. The driver is also wonderful!

It was nice stay for 1 night transit in Haikou. Their staff especially when check in was very attentive and helpful. We ask for socket adapter, she sent it to our room. 100/100 for their staff kindness. Also the provide free airport transfer, so it was convenience for us. Thank you.
