I've returned to Haikou after six years away. I'm grateful to all the hotel staff for their patient and attentive service, which has rekindled my love for this city. Since I had an early flight, the hotel offered complimentary fruit snacks, which I took with me on my way. Thank you so much! I wish everyone a happy and smooth trip, and I wish the Ji Hotel continues to improve. The facilities, cleanliness, and service are all exceptional—perfect! Thank you all, and I'll definitely be back.
