Hainan Grand Hotel

This was my second stay at Block 2 of the Haikou Yingbin Hotel. As always, the front desk staff and doormen were incredibly warm and attentive. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast offered a great variety of dishes. The coffee served in the restaurant was excellent, and the restaurant staff were very proactive. It was the Lantern Festival that day, and the hotel even thoughtfully provided Longjing tea tangyuan for breakfast.

A great hotel in every aspect, and the service was excellent. I'll definitely choose them again for my next business trip.

The rooms are a bit old, but clean. The front desk service wasn't very efficient; even though I mentioned my arrival time in advance, they weren't prepared, and our group of over 10 people waited a long time at the front desk. However, the breakfast was excellent and surprising, making up for the disappointment with the rooms. Both the food and service at breakfast were great. I would choose this hotel again next time I'm in Haikou.

The room was clean and tidy, and it was pretty quiet, so I slept really well. Before I arrived, the hotel upgraded my room type and thoughtfully asked about my needs. The pool was also nice and not too crowded. Overall, it was a good experience.

Had a fantastic stay. I was particularly impressed by how clean everything was, the comfortable bedding, and the delicious breakfast, especially the Cantonese-style congee which was really tasty! 👍 The gym was also clean and well-equipped. Great value for money. Highly recommend.
