Haikou Tongzhi Resort Hotel (Hainan University North Gate)

The hallway floor was shiny and free of clutter. The mattress was the perfect firmness, and the matching pillow was just the right height, making my neck and shoulders feel incredibly relaxed. The comforter was lightweight yet warm, with a soft and skin-friendly fabric. Highly recommended!

This is a newly opened hotel. It's clean and hygienic, the bedding is very comfortable, the owner is very nice and has a great sense of style. I really like the courtyard; it's quiet amidst the hustle and bustle. Sitting there with a cup of coffee and listening to music is very pleasant! Five-star review!

A newly opened resort hotel with a cozy little gazebo right at the entrance. The bed was huge, clean, and odor-free, and all the amenities were provided. The receptionist was very welcoming and attentive. Most importantly, it's located near a street full of restaurants, satisfying my foodie cravings. A very nice stay, definitely deserves a thumbs up! This stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location is superb, nestled next to Hainan University, and conveniently situated near popular attractions like the Qilou Old Street and Century Bridge. The environment is beautiful, and there are plenty of restaurants downstairs. The bedding was a delightful surprise; the pillows and mattress provided just the right amount of support, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The service was also impeccable. The front desk and room service staff were warm, attentive, and proactively offered assistance, making me feel right at home. Highly recommended!

I stumbled upon a great hotel, newly opened, clean and hygienic! Most importantly, the bedding was incredibly comfortable! There was also a recliner in the room, which was so relaxing to lie on and scroll through my phone. I'll definitely stay here again.

Old, run-down apartment!!! Extremely unhygienic! Hair everywhere in the bathroom! The towels are worn and worn, yet they haven't changed them! The sheets are covered in stains, yet they haven't changed them either! The room reeks of smoke, it's disgusting! The broken door offers absolutely no soundproofing!!! It woke me up at 6 AM!!! There wasn't even a hairdryer in the room, I've never encountered anything so terrible!!! Also, Ctrip said they didn't require a deposit, but the owner is incredibly stingy and insisted I pay one!!!
