Anytime I travel in China I always look to book this hotel. Awesome service, affordable, clean, good and fresh food, and usually located in an excellent area. I always recommend this hotel to my friends and family. You can never go wrong booking with ibis. This location specifically is close to the East Haikou train station and right next to Wuyue shopping mall. Very convenient location and the staff is always helpful. My husband had a late flight and needed to stay past checkout a few hours. He paid just a little extra for each hour he needed to stay. It worked out so well that way, better than staying in a noisy airport for the extra hours, he was able to relax in his hotel room. Thank you ibis for always making our traveling more enjoyable. 🙏🏽❤️

The room was very clean, and the location is excellent with many restaurants and shopping malls nearby. We stayed here with our two children and had a very comfortable time without worrying about food or things to do. If we come back again in the future, we would definitely choose to stay here again.

Super friendly and helpfull staff, perfect location right at the wuyue plaza mall with restaurants and a big supermarket in the basement. Good spot to explore the city, can go to nearby park by foot and also not too far from the airport. Only room for improvement is the smoke smell in the rooms but that was an issue in all hotels I travelled in 3 weeks in hainan. Buying some room sprays helped a bit. Would come again if I return one day.

The room was quite good, and it had a window. Even though Haikou was cold, there was a warm air conditioner. Getting around was super convenient, just 5 minutes from the train station, and right outside was Wuyue Plaza, offering plenty of entertainment! It's also very close to Longhu Tianjie. A very pleasant stay!

Stylish hotel and part of a mall. Conveniently located near the high speed railway east. Beaches in Haikou are far away. Stay in Haidian for a more relaxed visit.
