Overall good international hotel with generally good service, facilities and standard. Rooms are spacious and well kept, standard breakfast offered and the venue appears popular with event organisers.
1 part for visitors/guests to note, would be the hotel’s location that is nice and scenic which is also quite some distance away from downtown and other amenities/shops/eateries.

Xiao Zhao at the front desk upgraded me to a terrace sea view room with a great view and a rich variety of breakfast. I will stay here again!

The lobby and rooms are super new. I booked two rooms with balconies, upgraded sea views, and warm service at the front desk! The decoration style is a bit like InterContinental, and the price is only half of that of the Pullman opposite. Is it because Pullman has five stars and Novotel has four stars? Just because of this? If you add a bathtub in the room, your home will definitely be five-star! 
It's a pity that I didn't have time to eat breakfast, but it was really a good deal!
I would like to specially praise the beautiful woman named Xiao Wu at the front desk for her patience, enthusiasm and meticulousness!

I stayed at the Novotel Haikou during the Spring Festival Hotel. I had a great experience. Xiao Rong’s service was really considerate. The room was very high, spacious and bright, and the breakfast was rich. Overall, I was very satisfied.

The hotel has a nice environment and is very quiet. Xiao Rong at the front desk was very nice and the room was upgraded for free😁👍The raw porridge for breakfast was very good. I will stay here again next time I come to Haikou!
