Haikou Xinyuan Hot Spring Hotel

The room exceeded my expectations, and the service was good too. However, I was promised an upgraded room, but it turned out to be right across from the laundry room. Even past midnight, people were still doing laundry, and the noise kept me from sleeping.

Overall, the hotel room's cleanliness and environment were fine. The bathroom even had a large bathtub, and they provided several bath sachets for guests to use, though I didn't end up using them, opting for the shower instead. However, the shower space was a bit cramped. Breakfast was pretty standard.

The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming, making you feel right at home. You can even switch rooms if you're not satisfied; the hygiene is impeccable, with clean and tidy rooms that put you in a good mood. The natural hot spring in the room offers the ultimate private bath experience; the hotel's scenery is also stunningly beautiful, with every corner being a great spot for photos! 📸🌿 🚗Transportation is incredibly convenient, making it easy to reach both the city center and surrounding attractions. This trip to Haikou was made even more perfect with the Xinyuan Hot Spring Hotel! 🌟 This is my second stay at this hotel, and I believe I won't be disappointed next time either!

The front desk service was excellent, and the hotel was very clean with a great overall environment. The room facilities were good, and the hot springs were fantastic. It offers great value for money.

Coming to Haikou for New Year's Eve, I decisively booked this hotel because they offered shuttle services to and from the venue, as well as airport pick-up/drop-off. The hotel staff were warm and attentive, explaining all the facilities and services, and even helped upgrade our room. The hotel's location is very convenient, adjacent to People's Park and Qilou Old Street, both within walking distance. There are also multiple bus routes nearby, which met all our transportation needs for the past few days. The hot water in the room comes directly from a hot spring, leaving your skin feeling smooth and very comfortable after a wash. The hotel also has a free self-service laundry room, which was convenient for washing clothes.
