The best hotels in Haikou are all along Binhai Avenue, and Langham Haikou's decor style really hit all the right notes for me. The hotel's facilities and amenities are excellent, although the hairdryer could be better. All the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Julie was particularly proactive, even following up with me, which was a really thoughtful touch. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Since it was off-peak, the hotel wasn't too crowded, and there was no waiting for breakfast. The breakfast selection was extensive, including Hainanese specialties like pandan cake, Wenchang chicken, and Cikuan. The concierge staff were proactive and friendly. It's about a 10-minute drive to the Riyue Plaza Duty-Free Shop and Qilou Old Street, and across from the hotel is MixC World, making dining and shopping very convenient. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The only minor drawback is the soundproofing, which could be improved as I could hear noises from the adjacent room at night. Despite that, it's highly recommended.

With delicious糟粕醋 (Zao Po Cu - a sour and spicy condiment), pineapple fried rice, salt-and-pepper mango, and more, Haikou locals certainly know how to eat well! 🥰
