This hotel is absolutely fantastic! I originally intended to book the Museum Hotel in Qilou Old Street, but I made a mistake during booking. However, it didn't dampen my spirits at all. Being slightly removed from the old street, it's much quieter here. The hotel service is exceptional. The front desk lady, even though she was pregnant, worked diligently and always maintained a warm smile when answering our questions. The 'Dad's Tea' (local Hainanese coffee shop) she recommended was incredibly authentic. Even our taxi driver said the hotel's own 'Dad's Tea' was excellent, but unfortunately, it only opens after the eighth day of the ***** New Year, so we didn't get to try it. Still, it doesn't stop me from giving this hotel full marks. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance!

This hotel is relatively new and can be considered one of the best quality hotels in Haikou. The room facilities are all automated, and the front desk proactively upgraded our room to the eleventh floor. It's super convenient that the gym is on the same floor; it was really easy to go for a workout after dinner. The equipment is comprehensive, high-end, and they even have a Pilates reformer. It's also quite close to Wuluyuan and the Cloud Library. Overall, it's pretty good!

The hotel environment is comfortable, the service is attentive, the facilities are complete, and it's very clean. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and the location is convenient for transportation. The three-piece bathroom design is also very practical. It's definitely a top choice for travelers.

I booked the honeymoon suite because I wanted to treat myself—even though I’m a solo traveler. The first room I was given smelled terrible, like someone had smoked in a non-smoking room. I told the front desk, and they were kind enough to change my room. The new room smelled much better. The tub was amazing, the shower was great, and the bed was super soft and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was really fast. The staff didn’t speak English very well, but they helped me as much as they could. The location wasn’t ideal—I had to take a DiDi or a bus everywhere since most places were quite far, even by car. The restaurant didn’t have many vegetarian options, so I usually ate out. I never found the pool, even though the hotel was supposed to have one. Other than that, I had a nice stay, and I really loved the bed I was also glad they offered some delicious coconut snacks during my stay—I liked them so much that I ended up buying more at a local gift shop since I didn’t see them in the hotel’s own shop!
