最省心的是管家的一站式服務！我們想玩滑雪、看二人轉，管家直接幫忙訂了優惠門票，比自己買省了不少錢；還貼心推薦了小眾賞雪點，避開人羣拍出絕美雪景。後期想包車去周邊景點，管家也是秒響應，幫着聯繫靠譜車隊，價格透明不踩坑。不管是深夜要個加濕器，還是問當地美食攻略，工作人員都笑眯眯地及時迴應，全程沒讓我們操一點心。

最打動人心的是東北人骨子裡的熱情服務！老闆和工作人員全程貼心又周到，提前發精準定位避免迷路，主動幫忙拎行李、規劃小眾遊玩路線，還能代訂滑雪票、聯繫車輛，省去超多麻煩 。早餐是豐富的中式自助，粥品、主食、小菜樣樣齊全，味道地道；正餐的鍋包肉、酸菜豬肉粉條、鐵鍋燉魚超正宗，量大實惠，小朋友連吃三頓餃子都不膩，好吃又不貴 。趕早班車時，阿姨還特意起早準備好熱乎早餐，細節裏全是温暖。

酒店位置真的絕了，就在雪鄉景區核心區，步行2分鐘直達雪韻大街，出門就是皚皚白雪和特色木屋，到篝火廣場、雪鄉大石碑也就百來米，去棒槌山觀雪棧道、夢幻家園也超方便，不用額外折騰交通，拍照遊玩一站式搞定。更驚喜的是房間視野，推窗就是漫天雪景和雪松霧凇，清晨被雪光晃醒，晚上能看木屋燈火與星空交映，妥妥的“住進童話裏”既視感，隨手拍都是大片。
