Snow country Grand Shopper Hotel (Snow Rhyme Street)

Located almost at the end of Snow Rhyme Street. We hired luggage transport services for RMB20/ luggage to and from our hotel to the bus station. Room was spacious and comfortable but since 5 of us were non smokers.. It was difficult for me to sleep at night when the cigarettes smoke from other room seeping into our room as I sleep near the closed window. I wear face mask to sleep. Breakfast was basic. Hotel entrance at below picture..

I paid almost 3200 Yuan, but i couldn’t leave my luggage after check-out. The hotel told me to leave it elsewhere (for an additional fee). Even though their website says "Luggage storage." When I spoke to the male staff, he didn’t seem helpful at all. He was even whistling and didn’t care. When I asked for assistance, he just said that Staff helped carry one of my bags to the room yesterday. How is helping with carrying a bag the same as offering luggage storage???? When I first entered the room, the curtains were broken. The hotel didn’t fix it before I entered. I couldn’t enjoy the view and had to call them to repair it. But they only fixed half of it, so I still couldn’t see the view from the window. Pros: The room was clean & warm, not cold. The location is center of Snow Town. The hotel allowed me to check in early

Great location. Very comfy and soft bed. Warm and nice view from the room.
