Flora was amazing with helping us with the logistics of our trip. She helped us arrange our bus all the way from Changbaishan and even helped to converse about tickets sales. We don’t speak Chinese so that was amazingly helpful. The rooms were pretty spacious and clean. The beds were comfy too. If I ever come again, I would definitely stay here.

老闆人超好，親自給我們規劃遊玩路線，省心不少、酒店氛圍特別好，晚上大家圍坐在一起聊天，像一家人。設施很新，地暖給力，光腳在房間裏走都不冷。
免費接送服務太讚了，省去了我們拖着行李在雪地裏走的麻煩。
早餐的饅頭、小米粥和小菜簡單卻温暖，開啟元氣滿滿的一天。
隔音效果不錯，晚上睡覺很安靜，能好好休息

春節期間，和家人一行7人入住酒店。整體服務相當贊，性價比很高。地段方便，步行幾分鐘就到核心區，又不像正中心街道那麼喧鬧。
房間兩張雙人床，一排地鋪，在雪鄉算是空間大的住宿了。午餐在酒店吃，做得很有味道。還可以免費潑水成冰，孩子們玩得很盡興。
必須要讚的是前台聯繫人王先生，很貼心地提醒和聯絡，人也很好商量，增添了對雪鄉的更多美好印象。會推薦給朋友們。
