The bed was big enough and the water heater was working well. The snow sledding was provided for free to take your kid out around so you won't need to rent another and search again the spot to return back. Simply go and bring back to the homestay.

房間狹小悶熱，房間小到行李箱都沒法打開，沒有熱水壺、整個酒店共用吹風機、三人間洗澡拖鞋都衹提供一雙，兩千多的房費，酒店環境和服務和價格完全不匹配，最主要的是，訂了就不能取消，霸王條款，當時訂了兩晚，不讓退，也住不了，重新訂了其他的酒店，環境很好。大家不要上當，免得住進這種黑店影響心情

房間與描述不符，房間衹有12-13個平方，4個人住房間更本轉不過身，衞生間廁所都坐不下，坐下拉屎膝蓋都頂着牆，淋雨全是裝飾品根本不能洗澡。每個房間沒有鎖，也沒用房卡，出去和老闆説，老闆説不用鎖，有監控，看監控就好，有史以來還真是第一次碰到這樣的，房間上面都掛滿蜘蛛網。3000的房間在浙江就100多的房間差不多，太不值了，附上照片，以免後面的遊客上當受騙

不建議住雪鄉，環境衞生太糟糕了，連個燒水壺都沒有，房間又小，專門訂了有窗户的，貴了好幾百，結果窗户還被封死的，太坑了，一個晚上一千多的房間好惡心呀，早上九點出吃早餐，粥有點涼了讓老闆熱一下，説加熱衹能給我們兑點開水，無語了

房間沒有任何隔音，半夜一兩點還有人進出聲音哐當響。面積很小連行李箱都放不下，1個月前訂的有窗房間3000塊錢，真的太黑心了。圖片中的窗外景色是p的，實際窗外衹是灰的水泥房子。如果有選擇，儘量別定。好評也是刷的，前幾個好評今年11月的，雪鄉都還沒下雪。總體來説真的差，回程途徑新雪鄉吃中飯，住宿條件比這個好太多。

服務：基本無服務，除了一到打了電話叫老闆幫忙拿行李外，其他想都不用想，宣傳送一個凍梨也沒有，1千元的房間連半支瓶裝水都沒有，如果放在城市這種店真是等關閉

一切如商家相片所述，基本上一打門便是相片中的床，右邊是廁所及浴室，空間不大，走廊有一部大的電熱水機可自行取熱水。位置靠近雪韻大街，只需走一小段路，不會太吵。唯一問題是空氣很不流通，整個房間只靠一個位於廁所的小抽氣扇，睡到半夜需要打開房門讓空氣流通流通。
