Hotel is new and clean as per the trip.com photos, but very poor value at almost $1000 AUD a night (admittedly it was NYE). While new, the quality of the building and amenities is poor, with the TV not even plugged in with no power socket to plug it into even if you wanted to use it (you have to ask for an extension cable...). The bathroom is similar to the local style with the shower and toilet not separated, there is literally a power point right next to the shower. The ladies who clean and service the rooms are very nice and friendly though. It is also located on the 'far end' from the main entrance and so it is a bit of a trek to the bus stop etc.

The location is good just a few step from the Main Street. I stay on the 2nd floor, no elevator but I carry small luggage so no problem. My room : Tatami bed is a bit small, but it is nice and warm with window can open for fresh air. Bathroom is clean and good warm water. I have a pleasant stay at this hotel.

The hotel is new, able to keep warm inside even when showering as the bathroom is installed with heater. keeping warm is very important in snow town. was given hand warmer to use upon arrival. the reception was polite in giving service enthusiastically and said that it is important for us to feel happy during our stay. all our needs were met and have a wonderful stay.

沒有想到，在大東北還能有這麼好的温泉酒店。設施完善又乾淨，温泉內的小炒也很有特色。房間大氣，大玻璃窗可以看到窗外的雪景，很浪漫。我們去的時候，不是旺季，人少，感覺泡出了私湯的自由感，室外的温泉也暖和，與冰天雪地形成強烈反差。冬天能泡上這樣一場温泉，舒服又浪漫💕

房間小，馬桶堵塞，洗澡熱水不穩定，插座太少很不方便，房間一股異味。地理位置偏，在雪韻街最裡麪，要走一大段路，性價比差，第二晚住了附近的張利成就能對比出差距。

酒店位置離夢幻家園不遠，雪韻大街往右邊的巷子就是！房間很乾凈，兩間房都是1.8米的大床，特別適合親庭出遊居住！

物超所值，在雪鄉沒想到我會有不錯的酒店，老闆還熱心的幫忙拿行李，還貼心的送個新的暖手袋，禮輕人意重。
出來遊玩，圖的是開心，還斤斤計較價格的就沒什麼意思了，自己鬧的不開心

房間很乾凈也很安靜，看了很多點評選的這一家，老闆人很好，入住後我們就去大寶滑雪場玩了一下午一直到晚上，晚餐是在酒店旁邊的韓餐，也很美味，雪鄉唯一沒有差評的餐廳，吃完晚飯去去童話世界旁邊的上山木棧道，在那裡拍夜景，就那裡可以拍到白雪皚皚的蘑菇雪屋頂，很多旅拍的也在那邊拍攝，夜景很漂亮。酒店門口左手邊那個路正好有個小坡道可以滑雪扒犁，第二天上午小孩一直在哪裡玩得很開心。酒店對面就有吃早餐的，有粥，餃子和混沌，很方便，五星好評。
