代家人訂的，是老年人出行。酒店照顧的很好，雖然中間有些問題，但順利解決了。建議以後工作再細緻一些。酒店周圍雪景很美，硬件設施在當地算很好了，餐食不錯，冷水魚很好吃。去雪鄉的話選擇住在二浪河鎮性價比很高。

雪是真的好，村子西面北面厚的地方有60釐米厚，整個村子也很安靜，適合沉浸式玩雪，比雪鄉人從眾好多了，時間夠的話可以往東探索更遠。房間也夠大、床每張有1.5米，設施看着也比較新，房間裏超級熱，但是淋浴水不夠熱沒敢洗。早飯白粥實心饅頭白煮蛋質量都挺好，但沒有一樣娃肯吃的；小飯店稍微貴一點味道還行能接受；最麻煩的是交通衹能依靠老闆派車接送，上景區火車站過年期間起步均約一小時要價300有點小貴。

服務：服務是不怎麼樣的，讓幫忙拿行李也沒有動
我們定了最大的一個炕，一進去看着還挺舒服的

裏面有六床還是七床被子，感覺都可以睡七八個人了，床鋪還有被子包括其他設施，都挺乾淨的
飯店裡麪的飯菜一般般，因為附近也沒什麼吃的，也是包含酒店，所以就近酒店吃了兩餐

超預期的好，兩年前去過雪鄉，今年選擇住景區外，新開的酒店，服務好，老闆給升級了客房。有免費的凍梨凍柿子吃。推薦。一次性牙具，拖鞋都有提供，房間設計年代感十足，床鋪舒適，智能馬桶。真的很好！
