所有工作人員都特別友善和親切，特別是前台一位短頭髮的女士熱心幫我們解決了交通和雪鄉行李寄存問題。酒店和雪鄉之間有大巴專車免費接送。房間也住得很舒服，應該比雪鄉里同價位的住宿條件好很多，提供全套充足的一次性洗漱沐浴用品。隔壁就是雪鄉大雪谷景區，可以用兩個小時走走。

房間雖小，入住還算舒適，窗外時不時出現的傻狍子很招孩子喜歡。晚上的動物巡遊也是孩子喜歡的項目。看得出店家的用心。

1.這個房間3100多塊錢。也太小了吧！再説雪鄉酒店貴。但是這個房間的面積堪比香港的房間！真看不出哪裡豪華了。2大2小住這個房間，太壓抑了！
2.衝著它剛翻新訂的。結果洗澡地漏堵的。水全部溢出來了。無語。
3.特地説來東北了，感受一下炕。結果。這是什麼炕啊！兩張床拼在一起而已！而且！沒有床墊！就一層薄薄的墊絮。硬板床！睡了一晚上全身疼！
4.酒店大廳的桌椅。呵呵。寫的“消費入座”！真是長見識了！買了一杯38元的拿鐵。坐着等朋友下來退房一起離開。

在攜程選了好久，看這家酒店房間稍微大一點，酒店很乾凈，床也大，最重要的是服務特別好，讓服務員拿了加濕器，還主動給了小童拖鞋和牙具，另外，酒店旁有去原始森林玩兒的，比大禿子山和冰雪畫廊好玩太多想，我們去的B線280/人，在一片山林裏第一次體驗到東北很厚的鬆軟的積雪，但是我們10:30才上山，酒店12點就要退房，我們就來不及退房，聯繫了酒店人員，幫我們延時到了4點，態度也特別好。要來哈爾濱玩兒原始森林的就建議住這間酒店，在春節旺季收費也很良心，去大禿子山和冰雪畫廊的，都是導遊坑人賺錢的，還不如來這家酒店住得舒服也玩兒的開心！因為到酒店都很晚了早上又一早出門了，所以很遺憾酒店照片沒有來得及拍。

酒店位置在雪鄉外，大雪谷旁邊，但是距離不遠，有免費車接送，酒店房間設施齊全衞生乾淨，暖氣很足，周圍景色也不錯，值得推薦

酒店剛重新裝修，雖然房間小一點，但什麼都是新的，所以住起來也比較舒服！早餐很好吃喲！品種也不少！有洗衣機房，洗衣機和烘乾機都有，真的很方便！因為覺得雪鄉景區裏面的住宿要麼太舊要麼太貴，還是選擇這裏性價比最高！酒店有車接送來迴雪鄉，挺方便的！值得推薦！

很用心經營的民宿酒店，車輛接送去雪鄉方面，做的非常棒。服務方面挺到位，有問題及時反饋解決。但是作為同行，提兩個小建議吧，硬件方面還需要提高，不像運營專業人士弄的，隔音比較差，對於睡眠質量差的人就不那麼友好了。管理水平還需要提高，客房經理與大姐好像有小糾紛，早餐現場沒有見到管理人員，人多後就比較亂。

酒店設計很有特色，房間內很暖和，床褥很舒適，前台服務員很熱心，派車去雪鄉接我們又幫我拿行李，老實説我是看到雪鄉花了1千多訂的房間有多坑才立刻訂這家的，奉勸大家去雪鄉玩就好，千萬別住裏面，住這家離雪鄉就幾分鐘路程，價錢差不多，質素可差太遠了
