Xuexiang Xueyun Holiday Hotel

The room was incredibly spacious and spotless. It was great to have both a traditional heated 'kang' bed and a standard bed. Our host was simply amazing! They went above and beyond, bringing us snacks like frozen pears and persimmons. They even gave us a ride to our transport early in the morning and provided excellent tips on local attractions. Any questions we had were answered with incredible enthusiasm and helpfulness. Definitely recommend!

Our room was on the first floor, with the corridor directly facing the restaurant, which frequently hosted group meals. As you can imagine, it was incredibly noisy. From 5 PM on the first evening, there was a constant buzz and chatter, and it started all over again promptly at 7 AM the next morning. The soundproofing was absolutely terrible, and there was no view whatsoever from the first-floor window. For nearly 1400 a night, one would certainly expect a much better experience. I strongly advise avoiding this room/floor. On a positive note, the male butler was excellent. He handled our pickup and drop-off service and even helped us pull our luggage through the snow. He truly deserves high praise!

The hotel is very new and clean. It takes only a few minutes to enter from the big stone tablet. You will pass a small river. The water in the river is flowing and not completely frozen. The surrounding scenery is very beautiful. The housekeeper Xiao Zhao's service is too good. He arrived at the shuttle bus terminal early before arriving at the snow village to wait, sorted out the time of the play projects, arranged dinner in advance and reserved seats at the restaurant. One person helped to carry most of the luggage. After entering the room, he gave a small gift, breakfast and ski tickets, which made us feel the different warmth of the snow village and subverted the previous stereotype of the snow village. Later I learned that the hotel has set up a Ctrip service center, and the housekeepers are all from Ctrip. I give a big thumbs up to Ctrip. I must give the housekeeper Xiao Zhao a chicken leg 👍👍👍I have come to Harbin in winter for two consecutive years. I will come again if I have the chance⛷⛷⛷☺️☺️☺️
