Absolutely the best. The hotel rep pick us up at the bus stop and its just a short 100m walk. The room is clean and staff are very friendly. They even showed us the way to the ski area. If income back will book this hotel again

So far this place and location is good plus people who work on counter also very helpful and friendly . And able to help to keep baggage after check out until you went to other location

We had a wonderful stay with our host! The place was cute and cozy, making us feel right at home. Every morning, we enjoyed a simple yet scrumptious Chinese breakfast that was both comforting and delicious. The location was right in the center of the town, making it easy to explore and get anywhere we needed. The host was incredibly thoughtful, providing a free sledge for the kids to enjoy the snow. They were also extremely helpful in arranging our private transfer to and from Yabulixi Railway Station, making our journey smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Great location. Staffs are helpful and friendly.
The food in the restaurant in the hotel is super delicious. We got a room on the ground floor opposite to the kitchen. Sound insulation is poor. We can hear everything all day and night. However, overall a good cozy hotel.

We really love this homestay.it was more cheaper when you book in trip.com.The owner and the staff over there was so welcoming to the foreigners and very friendly.They give us nice and clean room.They also provide some tea bags ,mineral waters,tooth brush and hair dryer.This homestay located in the snow village and easy to found with a little walk.Easy to find food stalls and restaurant and the view was so stunning.We also keep our luggage for 2hours after check out and they allowed it.Overall this homestay is recommended and I'm sure you will definitely enjoy yourself.Next time we will book this homestay when we come to snow village.Thank you so much for the staff.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the main entrance. The host was very friendly and accommodating. A young host kindly helped us with our luggage during check-in, carried it to our basement room, and even assisted us by taking it to the shuttle bus when we checked out.
The only issue we encountered was with the private car we arranged through the host for transportation. The driver made an unexpected detour before taking us to Xue Xiang, but the host quickly stepped in to address the situation, which we really appreciated.
I highly recommend this minsu!

It is very nice view. The only slack part is upon check in we need to haul our luggage with two round of bus to enter this forest reserve stay area plus need to line up to purchase the entrance ticket by ourself. Hope that the hotel stay can manage this part. As we travel with young children it is difficult for us to have this time of ad hoc under the -22c walking with luggage. Instead we can have our own driver to drop us near hotel entrance.
