MM61027****The room was much cheaper during the off-season, and the price far exceeded my expectations. I had heard that accommodations in Xuexiang were terrible before coming, so I was mentally prepared. However, this guesthouse was really nice. It was newly renovated, just like a hotel. Although it wasn't on Xueyun Street, it was quite convenient. After picking up my tickets and dropping off my luggage, I could go out and explore without having to carry my luggage around.

IiKevyipThis hotel combines dining, a supermarket, and accommodation all in one! As a new hotel in Snow Town, it's quite a pleasant surprise! Stepping into the hotel, you immediately feel a strong family vibe. The owner's entire family is incredibly warm and friendly. The location is also excellent, quite close to the 'bengdi' (nightlife/disco area), the boardwalk, and the drop-off point. We arrived in Snow Town late in the evening, and dinner was very satisfying, especially the 'Guo Bao Rou' (sweet and sour pork), which had fantastic seasoning and texture! P.S. When my child was playing in the snow outside, they lost their watch. The hotel family members actively helped us review the surveillance footage and successfully found it, which we are so grateful for!! We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Snow Town; it truly has a wonderful family atmosphere! Thumbs up!

GGuest UserThe room is clean and comfortable. The floor heating is warm enough. There are snow rings and ski mats at the door for residents to use. There are also large flowered cotton jackets for taking pictures. It is not in the area of Xueyun Street. The surrounding snow is very thick, which is very suitable for taking pictures quietly. After arriving at the scenic area bus station, we contacted the hotel to help us take our luggage to the hotel. The house is thin and it will be a bit noisy when encountering noisy tourists.

GGuest UserA very satisfying stay. The accommodation environment in Xuexiang is poor, with the environment of the guest house and the charges of the star hotel. This B&B is located in a village six kilometers away from Xuexiang, with a quiet environment at night. The interior of the room is clean and tidy, and the service attitude of the landlady is very good. We arrived at around 11pm and they were waiting for us. I woke up late the next day and still left breakfast. Thank you so much. The lunch I ordered at the B&B the next day was delicious and clean. The B&B also has a special car to pick up and drop off Xuexiang, and the arrangements are very good. You can choose this restaurant next time you go.

So covenient❤️....The staff were so polite.You need a translator app so to communicate with them..Plus the owner herself speak english well..Very informative and polite too with all my inqueries about the happenings around ..We have free traditional cloth to wear for the winter,traditional fruit and a sleigh toy to ride ....Sad to say we only stay 1 night..It's not enough to explore..We definitely comeback and stay in this hotel...

GGuest UserAh, this homestay is so comfortable to live in Xuexiang. First of all, the room is large, the heating is sufficient, the quilts and pillows are obviously new, clean and comfortable. In addition, after we arrived, the hotel owner and the front desk took the initiative to give us breakfast coupons. The breakfast is Chinese porridge and soy milk, but our whole family felt very comfortable eating it.
In addition, the geographical location is quiet in the bustling city, very convenient! There is the Xuexiang Theater, hiking trails, and children's playground outside. Maybe Xuexiang is not big, but it is convenient to go everywhere.
I think staying for one night is actually clean and convenient, with thoughtful service, and this store has it all.
The boss added WeChat a few days in advance, and he answered all questions and requests. He is a very nice person.

DDicky OngThe location is excellent and is about just 100m from where the bus stops. It is situated within the central street where all the actions are. The room was clean but basic. The view from the wndow of our room was simply gorgeous - picturesque snow mushrooms. Staff were very polite and helpful. The young man at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. He suggested what activities worth doing, and made all the necessary arrangements for us - transport, tickets and etc.. At his suggestion, we therefore visited Datudingz Mountain and Snow Valley - the two must visit places when staying in Snow Town. He also helped with the arrangement of our transportation to Harbin, our next stop.
Coming to the not so good, we paid a 5 star price for a 2-star homestay type accommodation. While this is understandable, as the hotels here operate at most five months of twelve, during winter only, the amenities provided could be better and be better maintained. There was a foul strench from our toilet throughout our stay. Accessories were loosely secured due to wear and tear but should not be the excuse of leaving them.unrepaired. Disposal towels rather than proper towels were provided. These were thin and insufficient at drying the whole body. Also, there was only one piece provided per person for a two night stay, so no daily fresh towels.That said, I guess that most or all of the motels in Snow Town are of that state. Hopefully, this review will encourage some improvement.

GGuest UserSnow Town is great. It doesn't snow in the south. I was so excited to see snow for the first time. Who said that Snow Town is not fun? It's so beautiful and has a great tourist atmosphere. The hotel is very clean and has sufficient heating. It's very convenient to eat along the way. The receptionist is very enthusiastic. He helped with the luggage and gave me frozen persimmons. They were super delicious. The pick-up service is also very good. The staff are very enthusiastic and patient. Snow Town is worth the trouble to play. I will stay here next time I come to play.

PP.ParunStayed here for two nights, good service, warm and comfortable room, there is a glass zone before entering the room to take off your shoes, and the bathroom takes a long time to warm up again. The water is just right for two people, there are three heaters, one bathroom, two bedrooms. Thank you to the accommodation for including breakfast (there is a free beer cooler in front of the room 😁❄️)
