Good breakfast spread and great counter service. The receptionist took the initiative to help me order supper online when she realised I don't have a local mobile number. Robot assisted room setvice to deliver packages was really cool.

Stayed there for a total of 8 nights and there was nothing to complain about. Good location, delicious breakfast, staff were very friendly and helpful and facilities and amenities were all necessary and top notch including washing machine and dryer. Overall, cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel were very good. Thank you for providing my family a wonderful stay:)

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and dinner was nice and reasonable priced. Very comfortable hotel and extended our stay plus returned to stay for another night on our way back to Haikou.

I like Hilton's bedding, it's very comfortable to sleep, there's not much for breakfast but it's very comfortable, especially the Hainan pickled noodles, which are very authentic. I'm a picky eater, I ate 2 bowls of this noodles
