第一次住這種家庭式的民宿 整體挺好的
兩室一廳 一家子住剛剛好
環境慢大 小區也不錯 還有小童樂園
就是周邊配套不太行 沒有商場 吃飯的地方不多
所以也理解價格不高
廚房的用具可以注意下保存期限
冰箱都有的 自己帶過來燒飯也可以的

帶娃和家裡長者一起來鹽官看潮，順便逛了潮樂之城，決定住在鹽官，找到了這家民宿，小區環境很好，管家也很熱心，最主要是三間房間乾淨整潔，特別適合我們一家人出遊，進入房間有種家的感覺，滿意，停車在路邊，比較安全，附近有超市、小飯店，能解決生活需求，推薦！

設施：熱水很好 衞生ok 一個房間一包毛巾（含2套 浴巾+毛巾）門窗隔音也可以。中央空調 除濕的體感會好一些。但沒有冰箱 洗衣機 電視 這類設施。
環境：和宣傳圖文不符合的有2點。
（1）特意定的海景房，但其實前面有樓擋住 陽台看出去，衹有兩側的側面能看到一點。
（2）海景房陽台應該有2張椅子，其實沒有，陽台上啥都沒有，陽台扶手也很臟 都是灰。
服務：確實一般。和差評反饋的類似。
（1）不會提前聯繫住户。但直到入住當天下午都沒人聯繫。快要開到了，我再通過平台電話給店裡，才跟我説入住點換了地址，無人聯繫。
（2）可以帶寵物 平台上衹寫80清潔費，但大半夜突然説要加500按金，分明可以提前説 或者入住時候提醒，被質疑後説是自己太忙忘記了。
（3）按金説會原路返回，結果説zfb無法退回，通過微信返還。
（4）免費停車是在市政道路路邊，無人管理，容易被沒牌照的車碰擦 還找不到肇事人（沒錯 就是遇到了 差點被擦到）。小區有地下車位，但無法停。

一個人到鹽官出差，定了這家民宿，性價比非常高的一家民宿，選的大床房看到是套房還擔心會不會安排另外客人進來，前台小姐姐回覆整套房間都是我一個住，完全不必擔心。對於平常都訂標間的我多了一些不一樣的體驗。床鋪軟硬度適中，毛巾也都是消毒帶包好的，乾淨舒適。

訂了兩室一廳，前台小姐姐給升級了，兩室兩衞，設計非常好 4人都可以住，年輕人跟父母一起出遊也有私人空間。前台小姐姐很客氣介紹好吃好玩的，去逛了旁邊的潮樂之城，打卡瀑布牆，以後有機會在來。

五一帶孩子出來遊玩，特意選了離古城比較近的古樹驛居，這是一家小區裏的民宿，周圍環境很贊，乾淨整潔，綠化也漂亮。前台在外圍商鋪，小姐姐熱情的帶我們去的房間，綠色系的親子房，整潔乾淨，一眼就很清新，洗漱用品也很齊全，房內佈置很用心，孩子們沉浸在歡樂的海洋球裏，帳篷成了他們快樂的小屋，性價比真得太高了，下次故地重遊的時候，還會再來！

第一次住這樣的民宿，真的物超所值！非常驚喜~房間是在小區裏的，是那種公寓式的套房，老闆人很好給我們升級了豪華2房2衞的套房，超大空間，廚房、餐廳、客廳、陽台卧室衞生間，格局非常舒適！床上用品乾淨舒適，還有消毒包毛巾讓人放心！小區裏裡外外的綠化環境真是一絕！據説是鹽官品質第一的綠城開發的小區！贊！搞得我都想在這個小區買一套房來養老了[破涕為笑]反正以後來鹽官玩，來這裏住絕對沒錯！下次還來~
