酒店在鹽官潮樂之城內，環境古色古香。入住前一晚管家小爽就提前聯繫告知了進入酒店的方式，服務到位，有問必答，整個古城雖然衹開了一部分，但風景美麗，也有很多表演和互動。入住酒店可無限次出入古城，還有一次遊玩觀潮公園的機會，入住期間沒有大潮，但也看到了小潮。這次行程除了天氣太熱外，其它還是挺開心的。

入住前一天就有客服主動電話問詢到店時間，建立了專門的微信溝通羣，告知停車位置，有疑惑的地方羣內及時回覆，效率高，隨時幫助我們解決困難，發現遺留幫我們寄回，感謝小福的貼心服務。定的雙床房，前台主動告知小朋友餐費5折，並不是按身高收費，減去了我們的麻煩。早餐提供外帶咖啡打包及打包盒，打包了一些水果，很不錯。房間很大，我感覺雙床可以住四人，兒子特別喜歡浴缸。目前提供洗衣服務，需要收費，建議增加自助免費洗衣區，配烘乾設備。酒店環境優美，配室內外泳池，優秀。

1.房間馬桶上有尿漬，衞生有問題
2.親子出行大包小包不方便，入住退房遊玩都要轉多趟接駁車，接駁車乘坐無人管理，場面混亂，退房時像逃難，擠來擠去，互相吵架。
3.酒店前台入住拿房卡特別慢，有人要等好幾個小時才能拿房卡，有各種問題櫃枱隊伍卡住，前台工作人員也不知道隊伍排隊順序，也理不清自己辦業務的順序。下午酒店大堂吵架聲、喧鬧聲，一片混亂，沒有那種度假閑適的感覺，花錢買氣受，被網上過渡營銷騙了。
4.優點：景區漂亮的，花了心思和錢的。

在小紅書上被安利的景點，開心的帶着家人過來度週末。。。挑選了請假比較高的酒店，然而。。。酒店的泳池有安全隱患，設施漏洞讓被偷窺並且受害者可能不知情！！！我帶着女兒游泳，結束後在沐浴區洗澡，我洗好以後出來去存儲櫃拿浴巾，餘光在這個門洞看到一個男的站在那邊！！！一點私隱都沒有，太氣憤了！我事後找到酒店投訴，酒店給我的解決方案居然是給我酒店用餐的折扣券！嘎？什麼垃圾酒店，還想接着薅我羊毛！

房間的設定有點奇怪 們進去直接就是床 不太能接受 然後房間裏還有蚊子 游泳的地方也非常悶 蚊子也特別多 然後插頭竟然在床頭 睡覺時臉能碰到 太危險了 早飯的話東西非常少 沒有什麼可吃的 這個價格和這些設施不太成正比 然後明明五人的房間 拖鞋和牙刷缺衹給了四份 打電話讓客房服務送 送了兩小時也沒送來 唯一好的就是接駁車的司機和接待的管家小吳還算熱情

❹服務：一個字“爛”，兩個字“極爛”，三個字“爛到家”。6月2號中午古城遊玩回來，原一直開着的邊門居然關了，提示刷門禁，***，所以呼叫了一名女工作人員。此女應該是江南宴中餐廳服務人員。極不情願的走過來從內開了門。當時雖是一極不情願的嘴臉，但我們還是禮貌言謝！重點來了。。。“謝謝”後，此女居然講到“你們不要講話，餐廳正有人用餐”。。****，這什麼鬼地方？你個小小搞服務的，有什麼資格要求我們不説話？再者中午時段，酒店人來人往，何來禁言？我們一住店賓客，説話礙着誰了？何況，就説了個“謝謝”。還有，到底是什麼樣的人在用餐？以致需要酒店賓客全部閉嘴？此女服務員斷不是個人所想所為，定是酒店授意。來來來，你們越是鬼鬼祟祟，我們就愈是光明正大的給曝曝光。正好，7月底前是深入貫徹執行中央八項規定精神學習查擺期。看看有沒有相熟的？若是頂風作案，那就等着秋後算賬。最後，這種某些時刻枉顧多數賓客利益，唯捧權貴，*****的無良失德酒店，不會再去了！

週末二日遊，出行前一天酒店主動電話聯繫加羣，專人負責，自駕遊的會把車牌號提前錄入，非常方便。到了景區酒店的安安主動聯繫來接，把我們一路從停車場帶到酒店入住。由於到的時候2點多，標房沒有打掃好，主動給我們升級了。
房間帶陽台，臨河，通風很好，房間很寬敞，床墊可以調軟硬，睡得很好，打掃的很乾凈，就是衞生紙有點薄。
早餐無功無過，晚餐雖然小貴，但是二人套餐質量很高，我們胃口挺大的也吃飽了，菜都很合胃口，挺好吃的，而且淘寶裏面也包含了鹽官這裏的特色菜餚。
景區遊玩都有接駁車，酒店接駁車門口接待一叫就來，服務態度也都很好。
