When we arrived at the hotel in the scenic area, An An took the initiative to contact us and took us all the way from the parking lot to the hotel for check-in. Since we arrived at 2 o'clock and the standard room was not cleaned well, they took the initiative to upgrade us. The room has a balcony, facing the river, with good ventilation. The room is spacious, the mattress can be adjusted to soft or hard, I slept very well, and it was cleaned very well, but the toilet paper is a bit thin. The breakfast was neither good nor bad. Although the dinner was a little expensive, the set meal for two was of high quality. We had big appetites and were full. The dishes were all very appetizing and delicious. Taobao also includes the special dishes of Yanguan. There are shuttle buses for visiting scenic spots. The receptionist at the entrance of the hotel shuttle bus will come as soon as you call, and the service attitude is also very good.

The hotel environment and rooms were better than expected, and the service was warm and attentive. An An and Xiao Zhang, who were in charge of the front desk, came to the entrance of the scenic spot to greet and send us off. The only shortcoming is that the hotel and the entire scenic spot are still under construction. The hotel restaurant and some service facilities need to be improved. I believe the hotel will get better and better over time.

酒店在鹽官潮樂之城內，環境古色古香。入住前一晚管家小爽就提前聯繫告知了進入酒店的方式，服務到位，有問必答，整個古城雖然衹開了一部分，但風景美麗，也有很多表演和互動。入住酒店可無限次出入古城，還有一次遊玩觀潮公園的機會，入住期間沒有大潮，但也看到了小潮。這次行程除了天氣太熱外，其它還是挺開心的。

酒店環境很優美，接待員小黃很好，有什麼問題都可以找他，都會幫你解決，入住的人還贈送鹽官潮樂之城門票和觀潮勝地公園門票。潮樂之城很大，但裏面有接駁車可以接送，住宿的人是免費的，裏面的橋大都是斜坡，對帶嬰兒車的人很友好。

很新的景區，第一次來，服務很周到，接待員小王細心熱情。我們定的家庭房，可以一家五口來。一張大床。三張小床。從酒店走出去坐船，坐接駁車，觀光車都很方便。景區很大很大，純走路還是有點累的，我們是坐船，觀光車，走路都試了。非觀潮日人不多，整個景區一步一景，非常出片，這個季節就是太熱，温度適宜的話，在裏面多住幾天真的是可以享受下慢生活。最後兩圖，是景區內的衞生間，超級乾淨，顛覆了對景區衞生間的認知。重點表揚👍🏻，

這次入住了家庭套房，房間特別大，讀書區，居住區都有，帶兩個孩子住完全沒壓力。床鋪是智能床墊，可以調整硬度，很神奇。管家小江和小鄭及時迴應，積極解決問題，切實把客人需求放在心上。感謝🙏客房服務人員很友好，家裡長者晚上流鼻血了，絲毫沒有嫌棄，立馬就要來協助換床單，非常感動 酒店客人在景區暢行無阻，遊覽車全免費，還能參加各項NPC活動。景區內絲毫不用回擔心被宰，因為是集團化經營，沒有私人業主，全員NPC店員，價格也合理 雙休日人多的時候人手有些不足，但管家還是盡力在協調，對於初創酒店還是有進步空間的，期待越辦越好
