I stay here every time I come to Haining. I booked four rooms for this National Day trip. The hotel is not far from Juan Lake, parking is convenient, and the underground garage has direct access to the hotel. The environment is good, the room is large, the front desk answers all questions, and thoughtfully extends the check-out time, which is considerate of the guests. Rooms in the East Wing can see the clock tower, a pleasant view of the campus, and you can also eat in the campus restaurant.

It's just a school guest house. Don't expect any improvement in terms of hygiene and service. It's not as good as a fast hotel. The weirdest thing is that a toothbrush costs 6 yuan at the front desk. I have stayed in hotels so many times, and this is the first time I have encountered one, and I will never stay there again.

During the National Day holiday, I stayed at the Yuanzheng Hotel on the Haining campus of Zhejiang Province. It's very clean and tidy. When I wake up in the morning, I open the curtains and see the scenery of Zhejiang University with the sunrise. This is probably the beauty of morning. The campus is very peaceful. The feeling of staying was great. The parent-child room I booked was not expensive. The space inside was quite spacious. It was totally OK for our family of three. Let me talk about the breakfast buffet bar in the hotel. There were many kinds of breakfast and it was very fresh. It was not necessary with children. It’s great for taking pictures and tastes great. Thanks again to the manager Wang Zhiwei, the whole family had a pleasant National Day holiday. I will come back next time.

Clean and hygienic, complete facilities, beautiful environment, very cost-effective

Disposable items such as toothbrushes and toothpaste cost money, and even drinking water costs money. The location is remote and there are no convenience stores nearby. But when I complained to the front desk, the supply was immediately unlimited, and I don’t know if there are any standards. The hotel environment and facilities are good, but they are not well maintained and look very cheap.

On the night I checked in, I met an older waiter in the restaurant who was very warm, friendly and cordial. Then I went to the front desk and hoped to extend my stay for another day. The gentleman at the front desk was dishonest. Sometimes he had a room, sometimes he didn't, and sometimes he would change it tomorrow. He had a cold attitude from the beginning to the end. I stood while he sat. The people at the front desk showed no expression when they saw the guests. Except for a few cleaning ladies, no one took the initiative to say hello to the guests. The washcloths and bath towels in the guest room were disgustingly worn. I asked the waiter for a knife and fork for breakfast, but the dirt on the knife was shocking. The hotel has been open for many years, but there is still a pungent smell of formaldehyde when drawers and cupboards in the guest rooms are opened. I have stayed here no less than 5 times and the experience is getting worse and worse. I will probably not go back again.
