Fantastic hotel, beautiful setting, park like gardens and a stunning view over the river. The room was large, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good. Unfortunatley the restaurant was closed and nothing close by could be recommended by the staff, but this was a Monday in off-season, so perhaps the reason. Overall great place to stay and I would definitely return

酒店就靠錢塘江，在大潮水的季節可以看到江面，環境很好，適合出遊，綠化也很不錯，這次時間比較短，下次再來

酒店位置是在錢塘江邊，離鹽官潮樂之城10分鐘左右的路程，還是挺方便的，酒店內環境優美，房間設施設備齊全，總體來説家裡人也都挺滿意的，就服務上個人感覺一般，前一天到店辦理入住時有一位妹妹幫忙搬運行李，到退房後聯繫前台需要行李車後，服務員就真的僅僅是幫你把車給運上樓而已，然後就不管了…需要自己運下樓，毫無服務可言！希望酒店方能對主動服務這一點可以再優化一下，這邊對住客的入住體驗上還是蠻重要的！

酒店總體超預期，真是觀潮酒店的不二選擇！在酒店二樓平台就可以觀潮，酒店環境和衞生都是一流的，法式風格，尤其前台小馮，服務態度周到熱情，給人一種回家的感覺，特別要稱讚一下他家的中餐廳，絕對是頂級的，連續午餐和晚餐都在酒店吃的，就是因為午餐吃後感覺還行再次品嚐，中餐廳的張阿姨服務也非常好，這家酒店值得推薦！
