1. Check-in and room experience (short board)
• Processing process: The guy at the front desk needs to ask the booking channel ( Trip.com ) to find the order. The process is not obviously stuck, and finally arranges the double room closest to the gate.
• Room hardware: The room space is very small, and the suitcase needs to be moved many times; the facilities are simple and the texture is poor, like the ”crossing the house” material The bed is narrow and short, and the feet of the children of 1 meter 7 will be exposed when sleeping; the bed end stool is made of bamboo materials and is rough.
• Basic supporting facilities: toiletries (face washing, mouthwashing) are complete, but due to texture problems, bath-related facilities are not used, and it is impossible to judge whether the water is blocked; air conditioning has hidden dangers, and occasionally small water droplets fall on the head, affecting the sense of living security.
2. Dining experience (the advantages of external dining are obvious)
• Breakfast choice: I didn't use breakfast at the homestay. I went to the fork of Guanchao Road. There was an old woman who fried radish cakes on the spot. After asking, I ordered a meal. Vegetable pork noodles are 10 yuan/bowl, fried radish cakes are 3 yuan/piece. During the National Day, the price is close to the people and can be full. The price is very high.
• Dinner highlights: The old couple's small restaurant ”Jiangpan Xiaoju Hotel” opposite the homestay is worth recommending. The dishes are mainly salty and fresh, and the taste is suitable for family needs. Children especially like the salmon and white chicken in the store, which perfectly solves the dinner needs.
3. Service and location (detailed service is missing, tide view convenience is discounted)
• Service response: The homestay party added friends through WeChat in advance, claiming that it would inform the tide watching dynamics, but from check-in to departure, the whole process did not actively provide any tide watching reminders, only passively waiting for guests to consult, service initiative is seriously insufficient.
• Convenience of tide viewing: It does not match the previous comment that ”200 meters can reach the tide viewing point”. Due to on-site maintenance, it takes 5 minutes to walk (about 500 meters) to reach the embankment, and the convenience is reduced. However, the final tide viewing experience was complete. Although I did not see the super tide, the core demand for tide viewing was still reached.

I checked the reviews of this homestay and found that many people were satisfied with its decoration and supporting facilities, but I didn’t feel it at all on the spot. The items in the room were messy, the place to be repaired was not repaired, and the area to be neatly arranged was not set up. The overall state is like the ”preparation stage of the month before the opening of the homestay”, not the clean and tidy appearance of normal business.
