管家服務很好，有提前加微信告知注意事項，並且有問必答，回覆也很及時。客棧在景區內，景區的管理很不人性化，40度高温天氣，朋友一家明確表示僅在我們預訂的客棧稍作休息，並且補了一大一小兩份票的情況下，也沒有給予人性化的照顧，導致另外兩個大人選擇在景區外咖啡館等候。理解工作人員按照規定辦事，但是希望能更人性化一些。另外住店客户去觀潮公園衹有一次門票，並不是入住期間可以無限次出入。景區的沉浸式劇本活動過於繁瑣和細碎，最終的獎品也不夠吸引人，沒有考慮到多數是親子家庭參與，其實一張獎狀都好過一瓶188ML的醬油，尤其四年級小朋友從2點開始參與任務直到6點才完成的情況下。希望能改進，重在參與。

Being located outside the scenic area makes it very quiet at night, with only guests from three other hotels frequenting the area. The bedding and sleeping environment are also very good. Areas for improvement (the kind where the flaws don't outweigh the advantages): ❶ The Shuiyin Family Room we stayed in didn't have a small refrigerator. I wonder if other rooms have them. A small refrigerator is quite necessary, especially during the summer, when there's an increasing demand for family rooms to store children's food or adults to keep cold drinks/food. ❷ The entrance to Shuiyin Inn is tucked away in a corner, and we initially thought we'd taken the wrong side door. Instead of requiring time-consuming and laborious manual guidance (especially during peak holiday season), consider placing signage with images or text indicating important information like how to check in at the Shuishi Hotel to avoid confusion. ❸ The small door at Shuiyin Inn is accessible freely. A short walk away is the side gate for the neighboring residential complex, and we saw residents using electronic access cards to enter and exit directly. Although the main gate is locked at night and is generally quite safe, it would be even more reassuring if Shuiyin Inn could install an electronic door (using room or work card). After all, as the scenic area becomes increasingly popular, this could be a safety concern. In general, all the hotel staff are very warm and thoughtful, and their main feature is ”lively eyes”, and the overall experience is still very good.

The Shuishi Hotel I booked was upgraded to Xuandemen Hotel by Ctrip for free. Xuandemen Hotel is in the scenic area, and Shuishi Hotel is outside the scenic area. It is free to enter the scenic area with unlimited face recognition. Xuandemen is closer and more convenient. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the central attractions such as Chenghuang Temple and Chen Ge Lao's House through the back door. The scenic area is very friendly to hotel guests. You can take sightseeing buses to slightly farther attractions such as Jinyong Academy, Confucius Temple, Guanchao Park, and Poseidon Temple for unlimited free times, and 10 yuan per time for guests who do not stay in the hotel. Xuandemen Hotel is a garden-style hotel with a great environment. The long corridors, pavilions, bridges and flowing water are all very good. It is a great place for vacation! Jinyong Academy must be visited, with a typical Jiangnan garden layout, exquisite and elegant. The hotel waiter has a great attitude and greets you when you meet him. He is very polite. The breakfast is not bad, with a large variety, but it is mainly based on dishes, which I am not too used to. When the navigation went there, the car was parked in the No. 6 parking garage. In fact, there are not many people at ordinary times, so you can park at the entrance of the visitor center or in the underground garage, but Gaode navigation can't find the underground garage of the visitor center.
