Thu Ha Hotel is centrally located with a beautiful sea view. We booked here for 2 nights and stayed for another 2 nights. The staff were very friendly and the Lan Ha Bay tour was great. Especially the fish massage. We had a great experience in Cat Ba.

DO NOT STAY! place was an absolute mess, dirty and very unwelcoming. No effort from the owners, you are better off supporting another small business on the island. We also went out for breaky and whilst waiting for our bus asked to use the restroom after staying last night and the owner refused. Absolute dump.

Phòng mới sạch sẽ với tầm nhìn ra biển rất đẹp. Nhân viên hữu ích đã lựa chọn giúp tôi một hải trình tuyệt vời vào ngày thứ 2. Đồ ăn rất tươi ngon, phục vụ nhanh chóng. Chuyến đi của chúng tôi vô cùng thuận lợi khi nhờ khách sạn đặt vé xe . Tại đây cũng có dịch vụ cho thuê xe máy. Chính phục cung đường xuyên đảo bằng xe máy thật sự rất đỉnh.

Tôi đi rất nhiều nơi và cũng đã đến cát bà , nhưng lần này gặp phải Thu Hà đúng là ối giời ơi. Khách sạn ẩm hôi bốc mùi kinh khủng , khăn tắm thì hôi mốc , phòng nhỏ . Nhận phòng 2phut sau yêu cầu đổi phòng ko dc . Hoàn trả cũng bắt thanh toán 100% . Nghĩ mà tức . Thái độ nhân viên thì láo toét từ lễ Tân đến phục vụ hàng ăn , cơm sống sượng, đồ ăn thì ôi thiu, ….. ối giời ks ko cải thiện thì khách chỉ có 1 lần. Làm ăn có tâm khách sẽ 10 sao . Không có lần 2 với Thu Hà

Mình đã ở đây 2 ngày 1 đêm cùng bạn. Chỗ ở thì sạch sẽ thoáng mát, cửa sổ rộng nhìn thẳng ra ngoài biển và trục đường chính rất đẹp. Chị chủ rất nhiệt tình tư vấn chỗ ăn và địa điểm đi chơi. Sau đó còn đặt giúp mình chương trình đi tour du lịch. Chuyến đi của mình có chút sự cố quên đồ nhưng chị rất nhiệt tình đi tìm và gửi lại đồ về Hà Nội cho mình. Cảm ơn chị rất nhiều luôn 🥰
