The both trash cans in the room are the worse design.
The offered face tissue are far too cheap and refill process could make the paper contaminated. The hotel can’t afford to offer the facial paper box with these high room prices?
Breakfast is bad. Not fresh and tastes bad. Like no manager care about it.

Overall, Hotel facilities were quite good and enough to stay at room. Breakfast was very nice to enjoy Japanese cuisine and comparing with breakfast in Pullman, Nikko seems even better than Pullman.

Very nice hotel, Private beach, 15 min the city, 30 min to Hoi An. Room is big. Breakfast is average. Friendly staffs for sure. They even give me 2 hours before check in time.

Good location for business trip, good facilities, good food taste, but still need the well training for the front desk staff.
No problem for the general service, but far long to meet the Japanese style to service the customers.

Nikko Haiphong is a newly opened hotel with nice facilities and rooms.
Common areas lobby, restaurants are not very dynamic kind of ghost areas ( cold feeling ) as per location and maybe due to the fact it is a new property.
Good price for value.
