Very nice hotel, Private beach, 15 min the city, 30 min to Hoi An. Room is big. Breakfast is average. Friendly staffs for sure. They even give me 2 hours before check in time.

The only bad thing is the Trash Can. With this high price of room, you shouldn’t use those cheap trash can to low down your brand image. Using these low quality can the loss outweights the gain.
This time, I found out the breakfast is getting worse. Low quality of food and not filling the food on time.

Nikko Haiphong is a newly opened hotel with nice facilities and rooms.
Common areas lobby, restaurants are not very dynamic kind of ghost areas ( cold feeling ) as per location and maybe due to the fact it is a new property.
Good price for value.

This is a international chain hotel, but in local VN service standard: I stayed 4 nights, but always missing some supplements: towel, slipper, water...
Not the major problem, but annoying...
I like to stay in this hotel since the quality is good, but hope to improve the service for meet international standard.
