挺好的，工作人員服務挺好的，酒店設施齊全不錯不錯，還能看見雪山，早餐也挺好的，有雞蛋有粥，有菜，還有這邊小花捲挺好吃的，這次西北之行贊贊贊

服務、設施和衞生給低分，針對的是早餐，客房可以5分。是我此趟青甘大環線最差的一個，幾個蔬菜炒的不好，未見一點肉渣，要二個雞蛋還讓男老闆數落，饅頭皮硬，稀飯大米質差。可能與酒店方外包錢給的太少也有關！

酒店服務態度熱情周到，辦理入住很快，房間打掃乾淨，床品整潔，衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品還挺好用的，都很滿意

這個酒店是本次出行最大的坑，除了價格五星，其他一顆星都不願意給，衞生環境條件堪比老舊招待所！牆面、地板全是灰塵，一開門就有異味！房間格局奇葩，特別是衞生間設計奇怪，馬桶安在門後面角落，得小心撞頭！床上用品破舊，閉上眼睛睡一晚，不敢細檢查！還特別提示住客錯峯洗澡，水壓不夠！！！這個條件水平還要600多！想多要幾個衣架，服務員還不情不願的拿出幾個落滿灰塵的木衣架，然後手還被小刺扎到，幾天都不舒服！這是一次給酒店差評，衹是不想大家入坑！！！！
