海景無敵，在海陽海邊屬於條件很好的房間了。其一小區環境不錯，綠化很好；其二房間很大，兩個房間可以一家三口住。

房子位置不錯，出門就是海邊。住的時候趕上台風，賊涼快，晚上都不用開空調。
海陽物價便宜，是個避暑不錯的地方。

可以看到海景，還給免費房間升級了。停車方便，小區門口不要錢，現在淡季，房價很便宜，雖然在海邊，房間裏也不潮濕，，還有一個陽台，可以喝喝茶
