Very clean Have a lot of free shuttle bus, you can ride those and basically you can explore everything in Hakodate. Onsen is also great

The venue is great. It has onsen which is nice. However, the room service are only available if you are staying for more than three days. Light service which change of towels are available. One of the day, the blanket was just folded and place on the bed.

Staff: very welcoming and friendly. Location: very close to the JR station & there is a big AEON supermarket nearby. Facilities: there’s free shuttle to visit the city attractions and there are also some free activities (e.g. night music performance, national park visit tour, free morning market tour) and the common area and public spa are spacious and luxe as well.

Impressed with this hotel, I got the limited time-offer deal with breakfast. walk 6 minutes from the station onsen is very relaxing breakfast at the staff service at the dining hall are the best. free shuttle bus to attraction places n the driver is very nice thank you all the staff there

Hotel is located close to the station so it was easy access from the airport. We checked in around 20:00 and we booked a bus runs by hotel (2,000yen per person) go to Hakodate mountain to see this famous night view. It was the last two seats so if you are thinking to go better to book in advance. Hotel also runs complementary shuttle bus around the city - easy access to every sightseeing place. Breakfast buffet was great, they have a little their own inconvenient store in the hotel so you don’t have to go out to buy something that you need. The lounge area was also great. after we took a bath we both and ice cream and we sat down there walking at the traditional sea glasses lamps which was pretty good time.

Nice new hotel opposite the Hakodate station. They have large onsen public bath The rooms are decent size There is a big Aeon supermarket next to the hotel and lots of restaurants in the neighborhood

All I can say is your whole package is excellent. I enjoyed your services and amenities very much. Staff working at Front desk, F&B and housekeeping are really dedicated to their job duties. They are really professional and helpful. Shall give them a credit 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽. The idea of Local Rhythm Night is unexpectedly great. This activity is quite new and unique. Should thank to the hotel management introducing this idea. The round free bus is also perfect for travelers. I hope you will consider to fix this service in a regular basis. I can’t wait to try another hotel operated by your group.
