There are convenience stores nearby. The hotel staff is very considerate and will send me emails to communicate my arrival time in advance. They are also very polite. The morning was rich and the hot spring was very comfortable. I also prepared children's bathrobes and toiletries for my daughter. Hope to have the opportunity to stay again.

I am very satisfied with the room. The public bath is very good. It is really not recommended to make a reservation for a private bath because it costs a separate fee and is far worse than the public bath. I guess it is just for Europeans and Americans. In addition, although I have no objection to this hotel, I honestly recommend that you try not to book here if you are traveling independently, because the bus is really not a suitable way of traveling for all tourists. Although it is convenient to have a bus stop right at the door, in an unfamiliar environment and a completely different bus system, people will worry about the last bus. And there is no place to eat around, so you have to eat in hotels or convenience stores.

The room is large and can actually accommodate several people. The breakfast was very rich, and we also ordered dinner. It was traditional Japanese food, delicious and full of food. There is a bus in front of the hotel, which is very convenient for travel. We also ordered a private soup, which lasted 45 minutes, which was enough time. Next time I come to Hakone, I will stay here again.

Transportation, the hotel is opposite the Taoyuan Tai Line bus station, which is very convenient. You need to pay attention to the last bus time at night, as the interval is relatively long. Overall, it's very good. It's a medium-sized one among the three Hakone hotels I stayed at this time, and it's also my favorite. Catering, breakfast and dinner are all kaiseki dishes, very good Hot springs, you can reserve private hot springs when you check in, add 2,000 yen, the environment is great, the public baths are open-air, which is also very good, and there are also family hot springs Hygienic, overall good The service is very attentive. There is a Chinese-speaking lady at the front desk who explains very clearly.

The environment is good, and you can experience private hot springs. There is a bus stop at the door, starting from Xiaotianyuan Station, and it takes about 45 minutes to arrive at the hotel. Diagonally opposite the entrance is a Lawson convenience store. Breakfast and dinner are optional in the hotel.

I had high expectations, but it might be a little bit different than I imagined... advantage: 1. There was a Chinese translator on site. I felt very friendly and communicative. It was great. 2. Before checking in, he will understand the communication details with us. He feels very attentive and understands the customer's needs. 3. The on-site check-in atmosphere is very hot spring and local culture. I feel like I can feel the local people. It’s very special and I like it very much. Note: If there are babies in the family, it is recommended to ask if there is a table first, so as to avoid the low tables on site. It is recommended to boil the kettle after the baby goes to bed, which is safer... shortcoming: 1. Problems with the booking platform...; Originally, we had confirmed a four-year-old child when we made the reservation..., and the booking platform was able to make the reservation, but then when we got to the hotel, we needed to make up the difference of 5,500 yen... If we had made the reservation at the beginning, we would have known better. A 4-year-old child needs an extra 5,500 yen... Then we may have another option that can see Mount Fuji... Sigh😮💨... (But we are also very grateful for helping us make an extra bed... the hard work of the housekeeping staff🫡🙏 2. The bathroom has a relatively long service life... the wood feels old... and has been worn out. In addition, water easily splashes out when washing hands at the sink... I would like to suggest improvements... (If there is no budget consideration, we suggest that like another family member, we can increase the budget and change to a room with a bathroom, which is more convenient) 3. The cabinets in the room have some damp wood smell, which may be related to the long history..

Shouldn't you visit a hot spring at least once when you come to Japan? I went around 10pm and there wasn't a single person there, so my friend and I enjoyed it leisurely! Wearing a yukata and having dinner was delicious!

This time I stayed and had two meals. The dinner and breakfast were great. It was a great experience. For an additional 2000/3000 yen, you can enjoy the hot springs as a couple. I will book again next time.
