酒店位於箱根山上 仙石原。 位於山路上， 品牌路標不明顯， 天黑街燈微弱根本看不見酒店的路牌！導航到達目的地都看不到酒店！來回兩次才找到。 南館好找一點， 北館真是難找。找到北館的路牌後還要轉入一條小巷再轉上小斜坡去才找到。因為我們連住宿兩晚， 酒店check in 平板又有問題， 職員中， 英， 日語都出動了。
北館停車位不在門前， 需要走車行彎路向山上走， 天黑沒車燈根本不能行人，他們一意孤行要我們到這個15分鐘外的停車場停泊車輛，天太黑，太危險，我要求停泊在卸貨區一晚，到第二天才找停車場，我們覺得對我們的人生安全有危險，除非於大白天，擾攘了，大約兩小時， 酒店職員都不容許我們停車，打了兩次電話到房間內找我們，他們提供的小徑，更加不可能於晚上行走。 第二天日間我們走了趟，也有危險， 我們走了一會遇上一頭鹿， 進退兩難。對於泊車問題很氣憤。
除此之外，酒店房間十分理想。設備齊全，但現場環境與相片有一點距離。溫泉只是一個浴缸， 自助調校熱水溫度。🤣🤣
總評： 👍房間舒適，設備齊全

呢間野我以後唔會再去Rakuten 嘅酒店。我渣左個幾兩個鐘車 明明訂左北館 點知去到泊好曬 禁極都話無訂單。打左上台問先知話係南館 搞左一個鐘。。。 心諗都算啦。。。。咪轉去南館。。。。 點知入面ga 野最後都係同圖唔同。。。 例如風筒（本身話dyson).... 以後都唔會再book 無真人check in 嘅酒店。。。。去2間都係用唔到部ipad 入資料。。。。 只可以電話打上台拎password... 簡直玩自己

大学生8人で予約しました。
写真通りの綺麗な家で最高でした！！
キッチンも器具は大体揃っていて料理するのに不自由はなかったです。クレープなどが作れるホットプレートがあるのにもびっくりしました。
お風呂も１階はシャワー室だけでしたが2つあって大人数でも大丈夫でしたし、ベッドも5つありました。
プロジェクターもスマホと繋げてライブ映像を流したり推しのMVを流したりと大満足でした。
もう1ヶ月泊まりたいレベルです。素敵な宿をありがとうございました。

This place was great for my family and I. They loved the private onsen and overall it was mostly clean. The only downside was the mold on the ceiling in the upstairs bathroom. But other than that, we loved it here.
