我很少評論，但這酒店無論是酒店的硬件還是服務都是一等一的。酒店內所有酒水消費都是免費，晚飯喝早餐更加是超水準！！！真的是寶藏酒店。雖然衹有8間房。

My travel companion chose this hotel and I was beyond delighted. Private Onsen in our room, amenities galore, outstanding service with a smile, food perfection and modern surroundings were among my favorite parts. Breakfast was a feast!

強羅駅から送迎で約10分ほど。 全8室しかないスモールラグジュアリータイプのホテル。 オールインクルーシブスタイルになっており、滞在中はドリンクや軽食を自由に楽しめる。 夕食は和フレンチの絶品料理を堪能。 朝食は和食で部屋でいただくことができた。 部屋もゆっくり寛げ、カップルにおすすめのとても良いホテルであった。

お部屋は綺麗でスタイリッシュ。最新の 設備でオシャレ感は満載です。 部屋はコンパクトですが、狭いと言うほどでもありません。 露天風呂からの景色は大自然と言うよりは強羅駅周辺の街並みを見下ろすと言う感じです。 お料理に期待してましたが見た目や創作に拘りすぎていてどれも、特に美味しくありませんでした。 苦手な食材は前もって伝えてありましたが、みじん切りになってリゾットに混ざって出てきて避けようがなく一口食べて気分が悪くなり、そのあと何も食べられませんでした。 ホテルからは特にお詫びもなく、他のものをお持ちしますでもなく残念でした。 せっかくのフリーフローもまったく堪能出来ずガッカリでした。 サービスでいただいた燻製盛り合わせが1番美味しかったので、工房を聞いて帰りにたくさんお土産に買って行きました。 スタッフの方も言葉は丁寧ですが、どこか上から目線の印象を受けました。ご本人は気がついてないと思いますが、口コミへの返信などを見ても端々に、私達のどこかいけないんですか？と言う感じを受けます。 何かとても自信がおありのようですが、この価格帯なら、強羅にはもっと素晴らしい旅館はたくさんありますので、私達はもう行く事はありません。何ヶ月も前からとても楽しみにしていたのに想像とはまるで違ってガッカリでした。

お酒やカクテルやシャンパンなどをたくさんいっぱい飲む人には快適かな。コンパクトな小さなホテルであり８部屋だけのもてなしです。部屋の天井が低いので圧迫感ありです。 ③ ベッド いたって普通です。非日常感はあまり感じられない。 今回の旅行は 一泊目 東急富士三島ホテルでした。外国人や観光客いっぱいでした。大浴場も狭くて部屋も狭い。二泊目 星野リゾート仙石原です。山中にある坂の上にあるホテルでした。数少ない新築の星野リゾートでありもてなしは丁寧です。ホテルライフの必要な三要素と価格 ① お風呂 大浴場 ５最高 ② 食事 特別会席であるため 基本なら ２ 残念なレベル ③ ベッド ２ 部屋 ５ 三泊目 HIRAMATU 仙石原 ① お風呂 ４ 大浴場なし 貸し切り風呂 ３ ② 食事 ５ ③ ベッド 部屋 ５
