Really easy check in with a mature capable person. Clean comfortable room. Just as we expected. Food in the Brewers Faye next door pretty much as expected; doesn’t do the Premier Inn any favours but this review is about the hotel!

Fantastic service from Lorrain and rooms were clean. We always stay here when we visit Halifax and it is our #1 spot always. Albeit it has been expensive the past few months but this is due to concerts. See you again

Night before daughters wedding tbe venue was close, the whole team were amazing so helpful from the reception to cleaning and staff in restaurant

We were unable to book for the Premier Inn in the town centre so we booked this one. In fact this proved to be a great alternative - free parking, very quiet rooms and a bus stop virtually right outside. We had one of the motel style rooms facing the car park. There were blackout curtains which meant a good night’s sleep. The downside would be how dated and tired the reception area is. Plus there were a lot of people arriving at the same time and most were having to queue down the entrance ramp. The check in process was slow. Despite there being two staff on duty there was only one terminal allowing staff to check guests in. If there had been a back up option the queue would have gone down a lot quicker.

Poor overpriced rooms smelly area really run down as for the pub next door which does the hotel food rubbish . The whole place needs a face lift

Overpriced tiny room opening on to a car park! With terrible food that's overpriced and service with an incredible lack of care. What's to like? Not a lot!
