This is a nice hotel but it is definitely not a 4* its more like a 3* Rooms ok but bathrooms definitely need refurbishing, the shower was a small corner one with a shower curtain and it was very small and you had to hold the shower attachment as if left on hook the water went everywhere, not really satisfactory. The staff are all lovely and it was spotless everywhere. None of the staff wore name badges which is very unusual for a hotel, and had to keep asking everyone their name, even the manager never wore a badge. The food was basic and not a lot of choice but what there was on offer was very nice. plenty of sunbeds so no problems on that score. Entertainment was very limited, there are only 3 animation staff, bingo, quiz and karaoke and thats it. More entertainment for the kids than the adults.

My family stayed in this hotel in 2022, and absolutely adored it, so we returned in 2024 as a group of 28. The rooms 4* : as a big group we had various rooms. I stayed in a double comfort while there solo (husband joined half way through due to work) where we then upgraded to a superior. I actually preferred the double comfort. I wouldn’t bother with the upgrade unless there are three of you, however equally would say the upstage to a double comfort is absolutely worth it. The rooms are lovely aesthetically, the beds are comfortable and overall the rooms are the biggest selling point for me! Rooms cleaned daily. Our only room issue was our elderly grandparents being placed on the top floor, there was no accessibility offer and the description of the floor locations wasn’t available if booking through agents such as jet2. The hotel was able to move after 5 days which was massively appreciated! Hotel grounds 4* : beautiful grounds, the pool was a great size, plenty of sun loungers. It wasn’t the sort of hotel where people are leaving their towels out and never anywhere to lay, it was spacious and we had a lovely time. The hotel could benefit from more indoor space/ seating for those who want to avoid the nightly mini disco. Pool table and games for older children who had a great time. Location 4* : it was only a short walk down hill to the square and seafront. I loved that we were close enough to be able to enjoy local bars, nightlife, cafe etc. there is a mini bus which takes you to a specific part of the beach but we didn’t use this much due to being out of season most the venues that end were closed. Staff 5*: all the staff were super lovely, from reception to bar and cleaners. All inclusive 3*: drinks are what you would expect. breakfast was great, but dinner not so much. the food compared to what was served in 2022 has gone down hill. When the staff top up the food, they would put the fresh food on top of the older food meaning once the top layer had gone, the underneath has been say there for some time. It was hit and miss, we often had very cold food. The hotel dealt with this accordingly and we appreciated their attention. You are given a paper slip to have marked off for dinner, we didn’t have this checked the first few nights (we all had bands on too!) on the third night they came to check our slips mid way through eating. One family couldn’t locate there’s and was initially told it’s ok, only for the manager to come over and say it’s not ok so they left mid way through the meal to look for the slip of paper. When you have all inclusive bands on I found it an unnecessary system to have in place.

Lets start with the room which was upgraded to sea view for free. Room cleaned every day with fresh towels and bed linen, airconditioning works well and wifi for free with medium range in the room(enough for kids to watch cartoons on netflix).Room equipped with fridge, mini sejf,tv,hair dryer, coffe machine, overall really pleasant room. Swimming pools are great ,really clean with lady lifeguard watching for our safety. Sunbeds with umbrella available with no problems as well as vip loungers free of charge. Restaurant- food is really tasty and fresh ,breakfast with buffet open up to 10.30, lunch available at 13.00 till 14.00 ( always something hot and choice even for fusy eater) ,tea time- sandwiches and cake available at the bar (as well as menu available pizza and hamburgers are really nice for small price). Dinner is served from 18.30 and there is nice choice every day,fish- fillets, calmari, squid, mussels, meats-chicken ,pork, lamb, keftedes(nice greek meatballs); salad bar with big choice and beautiful deserts(you gonna put some weight up:). Restaurant Staff is really nice and helpfull ,quick to bring you drink and help with your needs. On the leaving day we where leaving in the evening and with no additional pay they left our handbands and we could use everything as well as could use one room to take shower before flight. HOTEL STAFF- There should be separate review, all people are nice and helpful, there is never problem ,always with smile on the face which make my holiday feel like aI am special VIP guest. Day events - yoga, water polo, water aerobic, water dance, kids mini disco and karaoke. Kids club. Free transport to and from the beach by hotel bus. Personally I never write reviews and I have been in many hotels over years but this time I wess so impressed with overall experience that I had to leave some message.. You won't be disappointed:)

The hotel is amazing. Friendly Staff and animation team, that always do their best to entertain guests. The team is from Poland,so it's a big advantage for people who can't speak English. All-round entainterners always help children and play with them just to make your holiday unforgettable.

We’ve just got home from a fabulous holiday at the Atrium Hotel in Halkidiki (May half term). The hotel is a small family run hotel which I believe to be under new ownership and management as of this month. My holiday was with my husband, two children and other family members, there was a lot of us in total. The staff are absolutely amazing, we received great service and the rooms were lovely and cleaned each day. The bar lady Deborah was honestly amazing too and all the staff work really hard. Unfortunately we didn’t enjoy the food as part of the all inclusive but that was the only downfall. However, the staff and management did everything to make things better for us and we had a great holiday. The best things for us * The hotel is nice & small * The staff are very friendly, especially Deborah * The bar food is excellent * The management is very catering and helpful * Free shuttle to the beach and not a long walk to the beach and shops * Pools are great for all ages, my youngest (3 yrs old) loved all the pools * It’s a relaxing resort * Taxis are only 5 euros from the beach or shops * Plenty of sun beds and four poster beds around the pool * Older kids loved the games room where they played table tennis Bad points * On average, the transfer from the airport takes 2 hours * Entertainment isn’t great * The kids club was quite poor * The all inclusive food wasn’t good, we were informed that ‘only the English have a problem with it’ by a manager. * It is a steep busy road if you want to walk to shops or beach, with no footpath. On the whole it is a lovely hotel, any issues and the hotel do everything they can to resolve them. I just wouldn’t recommend all inclusive. We had a lovely time.

Booked flights from Helsinki to Thessaloniki first and then started to seek hotel for relaxing family vacation, easy all-inclusive with a lots of fun to do for kids, as we travelled with 2 and 6 years old kids. Quickly understood that such place can be difficult to find from Thessaloniki, so widened search to nearby areas. Then found Atrium hotel, which seemed to tick all the boxes, so we booked stay for 7 nights. Our room was junior suite, 30sqm and nice view over to sea. Room was really spacious, house keeping kept the room tidy. Evening entertainment could be heard loydly, but it lasted only 22.30, so no issue with that at all. Nice that party option was available. Pool area was really a top notch, nice pool for kids and water park, where our kids spend 4 sunny days having a lot of fun. Next to it was beach volley, tennis, football and games were organised daily. A lot of fun and great animation host. During couple of rainy days kids spent a lot of time in playing Room, which had tons of fun toys to play with. I did personally eat breakfast and dinner, but both of those had great choice of selection. In addition of buffet options, grill offered special foods every day, such as stakes, squid, fish and other tasty options. Weather treated us well, 5 sunny days and a lot of sun chairs always available. Also life guard monitoring pools constantly. Staff was nice and professional, serving from pool bar worked well and we felt comfortable during our stay. Area was safe and comfortable for kids. Regarding some of the reviews which I read from here before our journey it made me.a bit suspicious, but based on experience I can recommend Atrium for families looking for easy and relaxing vacation with well working all inclusive amenities.

Went on a girls trip for a 40th birthday celebration, the hotel was lovely, staff very friendly! Especially Sinead and Owen who were the best!! The food isn’t the greatest, but lots of nearby places to eat and all at good value too! Would have been nice to have more than 1 option for a cocktail but overall lovely experience!

Fabulous holiday with my daughter (August 2022), we made amazing friends, the hotel isn't luxurious but it had everything we needed. The food wasn't great but we usually food something to eat. The staff were all fabulous. Its a 15 minute walk down to the beach / town and then back up the hill which might be difficult for some - but there is also a shuttle bus that runs. Our room was a bit dated but they were in the process of updating them all.

The Atrium Hotel is a true gem! The bartenders amazed us with their creative cocktails, and Kamil's restaurant offered unique flavors that delighted our taste buds. The pleasant atmosphere and helpful staff made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend it to every young person! We also want to express our gratitude to Kamil and all the waitstaff for making our vacation truly special!
