Positive: This property is in a good location (across the street from the Hard Rock).
Negative: The person that checked us in barely spoke English so she was very hard to understand, nor did she really understand us either. Our room had a balcony- which was shared with other rooms on that floor. I was not aware of this when I booked it. The sliding glass door to the balcony would not lock so we had to have a hotel service man (try) to fix it. So we never went out on the balcony for fear of the slider not locking properly. The pillows on the bed were horrible- very hard and too firm for us to use. The day we left the elevators were broken so we had to go down 3 flights of stairs with our luggage.

The restaurant was closed however there’s a mcdonalds in the parking lot of the hotel and the rooftop view with the pool is amazing!! I love this hotel. It just needs to get fully staffed so the restaurant and pool bar can work properly and it will be a 10 out of 10. I will be back!!

The hotel was very nice and convenient to the Hard Rock but the parking service for the hotel was terrible. I had a brand new car with only 8 miles on it and the first day of valet parking there was a dent it. When I mentioned it to the parking manager there response was not to worry about it because it was a rental and they don't look at stuff like that. Then another marked showed up on the car the next day.

You don't get a good rest, a lot of noise and to make matters worse, the cleaning staff starts knocking on the door from 8:30 am, quite insistent.

Coffee cups cute. Too small for keurig output. Overflowed coffee cup and what a mess. House keeping open door on me undressed at 9am and check out at 11. Like 10 seconds between faint knock and entering. Make sure you put donot disturb on your door at this hotel. Couple complimentary waters would of been nice in room to make coffee or drink...just suggestion.

We were attending a concert at Hard Rock. The hotel was very convenient for us. They shuttled us over and everything was great..would definitely stay again

Parking is atrocious. Because of the partries at the restaurant G7 on Saturday and Sunday night it takes over half an hour to get in to valet park your car.
I want come back here. Employees were courteous but seem to have little knowledge about their surroundings.

Great place for this money! Hope to have more shower gel and shampoo next time! There is a rooftop bar/restaurant, but I didn’t hear any noise in my room from there.
