The cruise was closed and booking was open. We booked and at the cruise pier came to know that it's not operating. No prior information. Very poor and shameful for all channel partners

Do not book with this company, it is a scam. I travelled to Ha Long bay to be told there is no cruise. Ancora refuse to give me a refund and ********** cannot or will not help. I have been using ********** for many years both business and please, they have lost my custom.
