"A room for 4 people costs around 570k VND, with an extra 200k VND for early check-in from 8 AM. Everything was good except the TV didn't work. Plenty of hot water and the room was clean, but the soundproofing wasn't great."

"I sent an email in advance, and the hotel arranged a great floor for us. All three rooms were together. The food and activities were good, and the service was proactive and enthusiastic. However, there was an incident where a staff member named Rei treated us in a very discriminatory way. Here’s what happened: there weren't enough kayaks, so we waited in line for half an hour. When it was our turn, an Indian guest suddenly came to the deck and tried to get straight into a kayak. We didn't allow it. At this point, Rei forcibly helped the Indian guest into the kayak. We tried to reason with him, but his attitude was simply arrogant. The staff member responsible for assigning kayaks, who was standing nearby, even told Rei that we had been waiting for a long time and it should be our turn. Perhaps because their position was too low, Rei completely ignored them. We complained to the hotel through Trip.com, but the hotel never responded. If the hotel doesn't fire this person, considering they make money from Chinese tourists but don't respect them, everyone should think twice about staying here. Protecting your rights overseas is extremely difficult! Everyone else on the boat was very nice! I will pursue this through various channels to protect our rights. His actions were not just a service issue; they were a sign of disrespect towards Chinese people, and that's a matter of principle."

"it is a little dated hotel with spacious room. location is 10mins walk from Sunworld Service is good overall, from front desk to waitress , conceige helper and room service staff. Hard ware need great improvement anc maintainence is urgently needed. e.g. swimming pool is not very clean, with broken tiles; phone is not working in room to make local calls, no chair or table in the balcony, no clothing hanger in the balcony, no chairs and no towels for sunbathing around swimming pool on the 5th floor."

"Apple Maps' navigation is incorrect. There are two Wyndham hotels, about 700 meters apart. One has 'Garden' in its name, and the other doesn't. However, even when you input the 'Garden' Wyndham into Apple Maps, it directs you to the one without 'Garden'. Additionally, most of the front desk staff on duty have poor English, which can easily lead to misunderstandings or getting lost. On the plus side, this hotel is only a 5-minute walk from the cruise terminal, which is very convenient."

"The restaurant's food was excellent, and the coffee was great too. The staff were quick and understanding of guests' needs. Every employee was friendly and welcoming ❤️ I can't praise them all! You could feel their genuine service and determination to solve problems! The pool view was amazing (picture 1). Thank you to the night shift staff for helping with the room issue! "The location is convenient as it's right at the entrance to the Halong Bay cruise terminal. It wasn't built as a hotel but rather developed from an officetel and is now used like an Airbnb. The room itself is spacious and clean, but overall, there's a lack of maintenance, and the hallways have a strong odor. For those with plenty of time on their hands, the kitchen facilities are a nice convenience."

"This hotel is very new, clean, advanced, spectacular and outstanding, breakfast opinions are various and plenty, the service of staffs is friendly and effective, the bedding is comfortable to have good sleep, nothing much of dissatisfaction i can find in the hotel, the only thing that should be improved is the refrigerator, as it's not colding but just for storage, overall it's totally worthy of the price, hardly can i regret choosing it."

"Everyone knows that you visit Ha Long Bay for one thing only but to book a round trip from Hanoi to arrive at the port, on the boat, off the boat and back to the city is a dreadful waste of potentially one of your holiday highlights. If you cancel your return bus and rebook it will only cost an extra $12 pp and your stay at the yacht under $30. That's a five star balcony room with bathtub, breakfast, pool access and city close with the restaurants and easy 20 minutes stroll. You are perched on a hill with awesome views over the bay but this also means no local shops and an aerobic walk back after a meal. The restaurant is first class priced between 400000 and 2,000,000 and there is a set meal option. The staff speak good English. Seriously, book at least a couple of days a the yacht and enjoy your best times in beautiful Ha Long"
