Good location and room is clean. 3 days booked but just 1 mineral water served. It’s good to serve 1 drink every day.

The hotel had a great location, visible from the station. It is a very big hotel, but a bit old. The room was spacious and had all the basic necessities. I appreciated that it had a large bathtub as well. Unfortunately, I was there for a concert, so I didn’t spend much time exploring the facilities or interacting with the staff, but what little I did, I didn’t find anything lacking. For the first night, there was a complimentary water bottle, but on the second night there was not. Also, I would have appreciated the bathroom amenities to be restocked on the second day, although they did have additional amenities available in the lobby. I also liked that they had a Key Coffee drip coffee in the room (this was restocked the next day). All in all, it was a positive experience in a slightly retro hotel.

A decent old three star hotel, superb view. There are only limited control of the AC. Breakfast seems average.

The building is old, but it's close to the station and a convenience store, and the receptionist was very nice. I stayed in different rooms for two nights, but unfortunately there was no free water on the second night, which was a shame.

I stayed here two weeks in a row while traveling to my favorite artist's concert. It's just a stone's throw from Hamamatsu Station, has a 24-hour front desk and can store your luggage, so it was easy to get around. Now that I think about it, the first time I stayed there there was a free bottle of water, but there wasn't one the second time...(´･ω･`)?

The access from the station was good and I had a comfortable stay. It was a plan without meals, but the breakfast buffet was added later. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of local products. The room key was a normal key type, but there was no problem. Although free Wi-Fi is flying, I couldn't find the guide, so I checked with the front desk and there was no particular password. Shampoo, body soap, etc. were the type to replenish the equipment, so recently, there are troublesome customers who mix various things, so I used what I brought. I hesitated to use the slippers because they are not disposable, they are made of mesh material, and they don't feel like they can be wiped off easily. Guidance in the room and at the front desk is minimal, but if you ask, they will respond properly, so I don't think there will be any particular problems.

The room is larger than other hotels, the price is reasonable, and it is close to the subway station and large shopping malls, which is very convenient. The check-in procedures at the counter are fast and the lobby is spacious. Very convenient. But overall it's older, and so are the rooms. The environment is good, the breakfast is rich in variety, I forgot to take photos, and the room facilities are average.

The room key was a normal key, not a card key like today. The location is great, but the hotel exterior and the room interior looked a bit old-fashioned.

It's an old-fashioned hotel. It has basic facilities and toiletries. You can get the makeup remover and skincare products at the front desk. It's quite convenient. The breakfast is also quite rich. There are staple foods and fruits. The air conditioner is average. You can't choose the temperature. There are only a few gears. It's a bit hot when you turn it off, and a bit cold when you choose the weak mode. The toilet is old-fashioned, but it's OK to use. There is no laundry room, which is a bit inconvenient.

This hotel in Shizuoka Hamamatsu is relatively old, with large rooms, suitable for business and family travel, affordable, right next to Hamamatsu Station, convenient transportation. The breakfast is quite good for the price.
