AVOID this hotel especially IF YOU ARE COMING WITH A CAR! Parking: Absolute nightmare if you arrived after 16:30. We arrived at 16:30 and the parking lot was already full. 50 spots for 180 rooms are not enough!! After driving 7 hours I was exhausted and I had to drive extra 30 mins in the area searching for a spot!! The entire street next to the hotel was also full when you arrive late. The reception was useless. I asked where is the closest parking garage or parking area, they only said "I don't know I cannot help you haha🤷🏼♀️" in very bad English and unfriendly tone. After asking several times she told me to park at the Arena. We don't know German but used google translate to translate the sign at the Arena which stated unauthorized vehicles would be towed and parking is closed 3 hrs after an event. Luckily I didn't risk my car being towed and can't get home the next day. We drove past the next day and the Arena parking was closed with a lot of police in training!!! What a great suggestion from the hotel. We also met many other guests who were also driving around looking for a spot. At the end we managed to squeeze in a non regular spot at the hotel car park with approval from the reception guy (it was our initiative/suggestion to squeeze in there because we couldn't think of any where else). If you still want to come here by car, try your luck:) Service: Terrible. The check-out time is at 12pm the latest. A staff knocked on my door when I was taking a shower at 10.30am. I couldn't answer and she came back 10 mins later trying to enter using her key card!!! Luckily I answered the door this time and she was shocked. I asked how I can help her and she only said "room service..." and then walked away in shock. I believe she meant she was there to clean the room. Internal communication could have been better to avoid putting your staff in awkward situation like this!! They should have known which room is ready for cleaning! My key card also stopped working before the check out time, as if they were kicking us out asap. I had to fix it at the reception. Room: No kettle. Only one small bin in the bathroom. The ventilation in the bathroom does not turn off and you hear it the whole night if you are a light sleeper. I came here only because it was a newly open hotel and I had high expectations but this was very disappointing. There are many other hotels in Hamburg, choose wisely.

Overall, it was okay. The decor was new but simple, in a Syrian style. The roof wasn't concrete. It's about 5 kilometers from the city center. Because I booked the wrong bed for one person, check-in took a long time and I was charged an extra 30 euros. It wasn't cheap when I booked it on the platform, and then the extra 30 euros made it extremely poor value for money. For that price, I could have booked a better chain hotel.

Everything was great, excellent location right next to Barclays Arena! The hotel was very clean, almost sterile, with a great bathroom, comfortable beds, and quiet rooms. A minor drawback was the lack of hooks/shelf space in the bathroom/shower. Two points were deducted for the cumbersome check-in process; everything had to be entered manually, including ID number, despite having received a booking number and PIN. A QR code wasn't provided beforehand. Despite all this, I recommend the hotel for its location and price. We had breakfast at the hotel's breakfast kiosk.

The location is unbeatable for visiting the stadium or the Barclaycard Arena, as both are less than a 10-minute walk away. We were lucky enough to snag the last paid parking spot, which was very welcome ;-) So, it's best not to arrive too late! Online check-in takes some getting used to but is manageable. The twin room, with its industrial concrete style, is adequately sized, but lacks wardrobes, coffee-making facilities, a refrigerator/minibar, and a small/half-sized pillow! A strange smell permeated the room, somewhat reminiscent of a construction site. Opening the window seemed like the solution, but it couldn't be left open continuously because room 201 faced the street, which was very busy early in the morning and lasted a long time. Furthermore, the noise from guests who were very loud outside the hotel entrance late at night was unpleasantly loud. Internet access was only possible after a lengthy and cumbersome registration process for the hotel's rewards/loyalty program. Why...? The bathroom is modern and new, and the shower is good. A power outlet and a reusable toothbrush cup (not made of cardboard) would be desirable, as would proper ways to hang towels. We got breakfast included in our overnight package for less than the advertised €14 per person. It was just about acceptable, the selection wasn't great, and there were quite long queues at the two coffee machines. Not really recommended for €14! Checkout was straightforward and friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay 😉 We stayed at the Zleep Hotel for a concert and, as I said, we have absolutely nothing negative to say 😊 We'd love to come back again ☺️

We chose this hotel because the Barclays Arena is easily accessible on foot. Check-in at the terminal was seamless. I found the parking price (€15) a bit high, but it was acceptable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only drawback was the intrusive cleaning staff. Check-out is at 12 pm, and from 8 am onwards, the cleaning staff kept coming and going, wanting to enter our room. Based on previous reviews, we didn't book breakfast. The furnishings are very basic, but perfectly adequate for a short stay. It was a very pleasant stay.
