Twin beds joined to make a double were incredibly cheap and uncomfortable. One had a plastic mattress protector! Pillow mass was virtually non-existent making for an appalling night's sleep

A beautiful hotel in an excellent location: our room was tastefully decorated and well appointed; the staff is first-rate. Kudos to Thor for his warm welcome and kindness during our five night stay.

Loved location within walking distance of main train station and everything else City Centre in Hamburg (including the parkrun!) Comfortable and well equipped apartment. Helpful and friendly staff team. Would definitely recommend and return if in Hamburg again.
