Very convenient, very complete, everything is good. Parking is easy. The one-bedroom apartment with two bedrooms is great for 2 people and is too spacious. Since I did not reply to the landlord's email in time, I notified the check-in information through Ctrip and checked in smoothly. It is recommended that friends who stay here check in early. After dark, the words ”Avon Apartments” on the room are not easy to see.

The accommodation was modern, immaculately clean, and provided a high level of comfort. The cleaning staff excelled, delivering service that surpassed expectations. Overall, the experience was positive. However, it would have been beneficial to be informed in advance that the check-in office is located offsite, requiring approximately a 4 minute drive from the main premises. This information would have streamlined the arrival process.

Was a good one... It was a pleasant trip I had. The location of the hotel was good too. Super friendly staff and good hotel. Will definitely come back again. Breakfast was really impressive. The only sad thing would be.... Super limited parking

Small and neat. Not too spacious but convenient and enough room to do whats needed. Staff was extremely helpful was able to fulfill some complicated request of invoice. Thanks for the effort !! Parking daily was 40NZ Dollar. The only concern i guess it wasnt fun to find parking around here. Quite challenging even during weekdays. breakfast was nice. Will still come again if I am around the area :D Convenient location to city zones , food and malls... Niceee

I stayed here for three nights and was quite satisfied with all the room facilities, except for the poor sound insulation. I could clearly hear the sound of car engines outside when I was sleeping in the middle of the night. Maybe it was because of the engines of the cars themselves, but it still caused my poor sleep quality. If you are someone who is sensitive to sound and want to stay here, you may want to consider it. In addition, on the afternoon of the second day of my stay, because there was a ”Do Not Disturb” sign on my room door, the housekeeping staff should not have come in to clean. However, I don't know if one of the housekeeping staff didn't see the sign or for some other reason, but she swiped the card to open the door after knocking on the door three times (I didn't answer the door when she knocked because I was in the bathroom and couldn't respond). At first I thought it was the working habit of people here in New Zealand, but the more I thought about it, the weirder it got. So the next day I happened to meet another housekeeping staff and confirmed with her. She said that if there is a ”Do Not Disturb” sign on the guest's door, they will not open the door to enter, but will only take photos for record. The housekeeping staff was also surprised that this happened, and apologized to me on behalf of the housekeeping staff who opened my door, and said that they would report this matter to their manager again, so apart from these two things, I was quite satisfied with this stay.

Perfect for a short stay in Hamilton. Not the most luxurious but comfortable beds and great pressure in the showers. Plenty of places to eat and drink in the vicinity. Just don’t forget to book a parking space before you arrive!

Enjoyed my one night stay on a Thursday night in October. Room - Superior Queen #110. $92 nzd. Pros -Cheap -Comfy mattress -Great location -Clean -Spacious room and bathroom -Heat pump which was on when i arrived which kept the room at a comfy temp. -Kind front desk woman on arrival. -Old world architecture. Cons -Noisy heat pump (albeit grateful there was one) -No sound insulation so can hear footsteps easily. -Bed was 2 x singles pushed together and had to sleep either side of the gap. Tip - book a superior room type. It's my experience these are better quality. When you book the lead in room category (deluxe) they're cheaper for a reason. I would return but not on a Friday or Saturday as the sound of the street noise and night clubs would be heard easily. Thanks for a nice stay.

The hotel has convenient transportation and convenient parking. The room is large enough and it is very thoughtful with air and electric blankets. There is a double bed and a single bed in the room, and there is no problem with a child. The room layout is reasonable, there are kitchen stoves and refrigerators and dining tables and chairs, the bathroom is very convenient to separate dry and wet, will recommend friends to stay.
